Anyone know the starters coming back next year on both sides of the ball? I'm hearing Cree Simmons little brother is gonna be the QB next season from what I've heard.

via KFDM. DEVELOPING- LC-M AD/Head Football Coach retiring at end of this school year From LC-M: Little Cypress-Mauriceville Athletic Director and Head Football Coach Randy Crouch has announced his intentions to retire at the end of the 2020-2021 school year. According to Crouch, “After playing or coaching for 55 years, it’s time. I want to thank Little Cypress-Mauriceville for the opportunity to be the AD and Head Coach for the past twelve years and for the four years I spent as an Assistant Coach. The support here is wonderful.” He also thanked LCM Superintendent Stacey Brister for the leadership that she has provided and is also appreciative of Dr. Pauline Hargrove, who is the retired Superintendent who hired him. Crouch also wants to recognize his wife, Dewanna, who has been so supportive through the years. Coach Crouch was an Assistant Coach with LCM from 1994-1998, prior to going to WOS as Offensive Line Coach with the Mustangs. He returned to LCM in 2008 as Athletic Director and Head Football Coach for the Battlin’ Bears. “The older you get, you realize how important it is to impact students in the right way, and LCM is great at that,” he said. “I do hope that I am leaving the program better than it was when I got here.” Bears have made the playoffs six of those twelve years under the leadership of Coach Crouch. Randy Crouch has had numerous awards and recognitions through the years, including being named Coach of the Year by the Southeast Texas Coaches Association. He was also named to the Bulldog Football All-Century Team in August of 2001, honoring the 50 greatest players from the first 100 years of Louisiana Tech football and the 50th Anniversary team along with Terry Bradshaw, Roger Carr, John Causey and other notable standouts. Superintendent Stacey Brister had this to say about him. “Coach Crouch has made a tremendous impact on our students, staff, and the community throughout the years. I appreciate all that he has given to our District to better our athletic programs. He has been an outstanding role model for our students and coaching staff. We will miss him and wish him the very best in his retirement.“

Kinda like Carthage this season... they wouldn't schedule Vidor but they scheduled LC-M instead.
-
Ask Coach T and why WOS has scrimmaged Vidor for over the years or since we started running the Slot T, circa 2007.
-
I was pretty surprised myself, but there was stiff competition with Ayden Bell and Jordon Thomas that were well deserved of that first team honor. But all the more reason to prove himself next year.🙂
-
Honestly didn't know y'all had a different DC this season. It's definitely gonna be interesting to watch and I'm looking forward to it if, LH can pull off the win tonight!

Congratulations to all the young men that were recipients of this award! [Hidden Content]

and that was against a horrible Slot T offense.🥴
-
Then y'all are in trouble. 37-27 😂
-
It's no hate at all, I'm seriously just curious how well y'all defend it and it's a matchup I'm wanting to see.🤷🏻♂️

Liberty Hill Slot T is the real deal... I sure hope The Mecca gets to witness it first hand.

Congrats to all the young men that were named. [Hidden Content]

Rest easy, Damon. My prayers and sincerest condolences to his family and friends, may they find a sense of peace and comfort in his passing.🙏🏼 -
I've always been a firm believer that defense wins championships. But one thing that every championship defense always or must have is a great scoring defense and win the takeover margin. Without those two factors, it's hard be at that level, imo. But also, I've said it before... the offense also has to compliment the defense and score as often as possible to earn that right to be a dominant championship like defense.

Yup, that 13 minute, 21 play drive helped Vidor from letting Jenkins rack up ànymore yardage. But Argyle did great on containing, loading the box tonight. They hit him low and hard like Vidor did so he couldn't get those big yardage runs that he's known for. -

LBJ vs Lindale Complaint was filed to UIL

Those to 4th down missed conversions in their own territory doesn't help their cause much. But there was a lot of BS calls against LBJ, I will say that. -
the first meeting of Nederland and Vidor the score was 28-10 and the second meeting in the playoffs, the score was 21-9.

Hope Barbers Hill can pull this one off, it's gonna be a tough task against a good Huntsville team. But I think the Hornets win this one, 35-21 Hope I'm wrong though! Good luck Eagles.
