I guess It's kind of hard getting up for a winless team in district....🙃

I believe they use a point system there, kind of like a power ranking....   If it just goes on record, teams get penalized for playing a tougher schedule.  Hard to base anything off a ranking...   The first wo rounds would allow your seeding from district play to dictate that.  (Makes doing well in district get rewarded)  From the 3rd round on, that cant really play out as to district winners could face each other...

When there was rumor last year about Crouch retiring. Peevy was already contacted by LCM administration about taking the job. He has close friends in the Admin. It was a no brainer.

Out of those 19 boards...its fair enough to say at least 10 were offensive and converted on all but maybe 1. He shot the ball well over 75% from what I saw. He played a hell of a game. It was good to see him play. 

Oh no...they shoot the ball well once they get going and they have better than average guard play

The most important stat is Freethrows and Its hurt BU the last couple years and this year looks no different from looking at Stats.🥶

The Biggest threat against this United team is the ability to shoot Freethrows. They shoot under 70% as a team in that area with the best free throw shooter being Yates and then the reserves. Lost lastyear in the 3rd round after missing more freethrows than makes. Hope they can get it under control in time.

I love the score being how it is. This is what builds winning programs that are feared year in and year out. These kind of Ls are remembered in the following years. They are already defeated before they step foot in the court. WOS does it in football (beating teams by 50 if they can every year). If you don’t want to get beat by 100 be better. Don’t be soft.

All 3 PNG teams Freshman JV and Varsity played at HJ Tuesday. There was no mention of Covid then . 

Ahhh, so only get excited and play up to potential when it is a “tough” opponent???
Good thing you aren’t HJ coach. These girls should be showing up every game against every opponent like it is the state championship, that way when they do reach the State Championship they “Play like they have been there before”  Fans, parents and “Uncles” should be creating a state championship game environment every time they show up to watch, that way it’s not a new environment when they do get there. You don’t change your game or how your fans cheer based off of the opponent!
