So is the word “Indian” offensive to those from India too my education on native Americans is from actual literature as well my studies of my genealogy and talking to other native Americans If your education of this culture is thru the lens of Hollywood and tv shows and this woke society that jump at opportunity to get attention then well you have a flawed view of said culture. native Americans have been viewed as savages because of that lens for the modern world and by word of mouth by those who have dealt and witnessed violence due to settlers encroaching on the native americans.
