Environmental issues are the number one influence. Just read the Bible. i ve been involved with the youth for over half my life from inner city to suburban to country kids. It doesn’t matter where in this country you live but how you are raised and the home environment. I ve seen some inner city kids with great character that make good decisions and I ve seen country kids with poor character and make terrible decisions and vice versa.

Your exactly right. Finances yes can help but it shouldn’t take money for people to act right towards each other. Even people with money do terrible things to each other. GOD and family.
