Hey Boneyard you are correct when say troll. Fizz Att troll will not answer you and he will not take you up on the ticket offer. He has been offered tickets and an invite to watch a game with some Pirate dads and never responds. He just wants to get on here and take digs at the Pirates. Man that team was good and the field looks awesome. Kinda makes me miss the old grass field and the bad ass paint schemes they would lay down every year. Talk about a butt kicking, PAM was able to make a game of it though.

Yea we gave the Nederland game away late and the PNG game too for that matter. The scrimmage with Silsbee last year was just about a stalemate, I think Vidor had a slim lead until the backups got in. Our defense played great last year but wore down late in several games when the offense struggled to keep the ball moving. You should see a completely different offense if things work out with the new/old QB coming back and the defense has returners at all key positions except linebacker, we lost some good'ns.
But I'm telling you right here, right now... the key to this game will be, PHYSICAL SPEED!

But our board owner Jordan Wilson has been busy lining up things.  Early last week, he scored an agreement to broadcast Vidor Pirate football this season!
And just today, Jordan reached an agreement with Beaumont ISD Athletic Director Ron Jackson to broadcast Beaumont ISD games this season!  That will guarantee coverage of the two biggest local schools in our coverage area and a district that has been ignored for far too long.

If a Slot T offense puts 40 plus points on you then you better  score when you have the ball because your not going to get many opportunities unless you get some turnovers. The Slot T will eat some Clock! I’ve seen Vidor eat up as many as 10 minutes of the clock on one drive. Vidor boys start running the Slot T in Junior High so by time they get to Varsity they can run it blind folded. As a fan watching I don’t know who has the ball some of the time. Lol. Should  be a good game. Silsbee always puts together some good teams.
