Yea, that's kinda where I was going with that. I agree.

It would be great if we could get back to the offense we had in 5A that took us deep in the playoffs a couple of years in a row. Great running game, but also a passing game that helped keep defenses honest. Didn't hurt having that awesome offensive line and brutal defense then. Be nice to get that back.

Lumberton actually has a good group of kids.  They could be better in a different system.

No class huh? I know one thing. The Lumberton band is all about class. They did not play over y’all when y’all were playing yalls school song i can tell you that right now. 
 
you don’t care to mention 3 years ago when we played and y’all beat us and when our band played our school song y’all blared “Don’t stop believing over ours” 
 
And as far as you say we arnt as good as we think we are. What does that say about y’all? 

Oh and by the way our band stayed and watched Livingston band after the game so our band has a ton of respect for Livingston band and all other bands

We have a ton of injuries so stop talking bad about Lumberton. I haven’t seen the boys so pumped up during a game like I did last night. And honestly if Livingston would get their act together they could compete in the district. Most of their penalties in the 2nd half was late hits 

And the Raiders go rolling along.
 

But they beat y’all. What does that say about Livingston?

Give me a break.... Those teams can beat SOME teams in 4A and 5A.  In some years.  
Newton wouldn't have a single ring if they played in 4a D1.  That's a fact. But yes, they can beat up on a lot of mediocre 4A teams like ours in a lot of years. 
Lumberton would have had more success if they weren't always the small fish in the local 5A District.

One thing I don't understand about our team. We have two of the best soccer teams in the state but for some reason this year we can't seem to find a field goal kicker? If one of the boys can't do it then recruit a girl.

Be careful talking about the offense. Someone might get upset. 

Got to hand it to Huffman, they showed their stuff.
I was pulling for the Raiders, but haven’t seen them play.  But they put up 3 TD’s.  If the Offense scored all of them, not sure I’d blame it all on them.  The Falcons scored 5 TD’s, so seems like the Defense didn’t do all that well.  Or maybe, HH is just that good.  Lot of ifs and maybes.  Raiders just need to concentrate on next game.

I watched game film several times and did not see a penalty on that play or how can you call a pass interference on a ball that was five yards short of the intended receiver. Now, on the roughing the passer call against Silsbee LB, I can see where the ref can call targeting. Other that, Silsbee and Lumberton earned the flags. 

The Raiders couldn't play with the Tigers, but they were big enough & fast enough to win 21 games.  Not to shabby.  

No hate man. I respect yall’s game. No doubt about it. Y’all are one or if not the best in the state of Texas.
