  1. Pretty boring final round, but what Speith has done all week has been unbelievable. He's the best player in the world right now at age 21.
  2. I've done season long update threads on them and Texas every season except this one I think. College baseball updates were hard to come by in the past so I always updated scores each weekend. D1baseball.com being tied into every schools Stattracker definitely makes it easier now. Texas finally won a game last night if you were wondering
  3. Miss St beat #2 A&M today 3-2. #1 Vandy lost 5-4 to Ole Miss #4 LSU trails Auburn 5-1 in the 8th I guess A&M picked a good day to take their 3rd loss of the season.
  4. I hope Speith wins also, but I hate to see him run away with. There is nothing better than Sunday at the Masters with a big group in contention.
  5. Tiger birdies 3 of first five
  6. Friday's scores of interest   Miss St-    1 #2 A&M-   3     F        A&M now 32-2 on the season.  BH's Greyson Long picked up another win to move to 7-0 on the season.  Long went 7 allowing 3 hits and earned.     Oklahoma-       3 Texas-              2   F/12   Texas is 1-8 in their last 9 games.  Ouch     Ole Miss -    6 #1 Vandy-    5   F/16       Ole Miss with a grand slam in the 9th to force extras     #3 TCU-      4 K-State-    14     F     Wow.  K-State is in last place in the Big 12 so this one was pretty surprising     Auburn-      2 #4 LSU-     3      F
  7. Every tournament is different, but the Masters takes the Top 50 and ties. Some take 70+ and some take those within 10 shots of the lead. If that was the case there would only be 11 players teeing it up this weekend.
  8. Tiger with 69 today and is -2 for the tournanebt currently in 14th place. Not bad at all.
  9. Speith shoots a 66 on Day 2 to get to -14. His score of 130 is the lowest in Master's history for 36 holes.
  10. Speith is about to run away with it
  11. This is a good read from a few months ago about Deshawn [Hidden Content]
  12. Do you really believe that Wickline is the play caller? Does he get a pass if he suggest a few plays a game and Watson has the final say? I guess if that's the case most coaches on the offense can claim play calling duties.
  13. You must have read the same practice report I did. I guess you didn't like the part I posted but agree with this Quote: Running Back MUSTTEMPEREXPECTATIONS I'm not into hyperbole but apparently Duke Catalon is the next Ricky Williams. Seriously, we're told the redshirt freshman impressed to the point where folks we trust think he'll push Johnathan Gray for starter's carries once the season begins. "Catalon is the real deal and is going to push Gray this season. There was one play where he just refused to go down and broke at least four tackles - he really knows how to keep his legs moving and has tremendous balance." As Inside Texas has been telling you since the beginning of time, Catalon has a unique blend of power, speed, and vision which should translate into him being a special back. Duke also has a very large chip residing on one of his shoulders which is exactly what you want out of your tailback if he happens to be running behind a young offensive line. We're not saying to get excited just yet, just be on the lookout.
  14. Great article. [Hidden Content] The best part was Chuckie's answer to who called the plays against Arkansas. "I don't know".
  15. Stros are on pace to score 162 runs this season.....
  16. To tie this into sports. Walter Scott's step son plays for Ole Miss. [Hidden Content]
  17. Elliot and Chubb will be the top 2 along with whoever Arkansas and Wisconsin put back there. Hopefully Gray can average more yards a game than he did in the bowl game.
  18. Daylon Mack and Christian Kirk will be big impacts from Day 1. Kirk graduated early and has been doninating in practice and should start from the get go.
  19. Will Cardale even start for OSU? Braxton was cleared by the ncaa in his deal so they have one heck of a QB dilemma on their hands with 3 qbs that could start for a majority of the teams in the country. Boykin is the early front runner for the Heisman. He should have gotten the invite last year.
  20. He's an OLB/pass rusher that they have been playing at middle LB in practice. If they play to his strengths Malik has a chance to be great. I just don't see it at MLB.
  21. Speith is currently the best player on the planet.
  22. Jack's still the man! [Hidden Content]
  23. They got a big win last night against Wichita State to end their 7 game losing streak. How long before they run Augie out of town?
  24. Looks like Swoopes is the leader in the clubhouse once again.
  25. Espn's top bracket was filled out by a 12 yr old [Hidden Content]
