Chambers lost 49-20 LCM 1-9 Anahuac 5-6 Kirbyville 4-5 Colds. 8-3 Bi dist. Buna 4-5 lost 22-14 Columbus area lost yep, no doubt Woodville is ready for state.

You make lite of this game but several years ago it was a rivalry. At least we can go to the game and not worry about being robbed in the parking lot....

You start at the lower grades and develop your talent. Kids are not that difference from one school or another except they buy into the program at a earlier level and are coached up.

The purpose of high schools are for education. Football is secondary.

Kirbyville Texas wildcats varsity roster for 2020/2021 was turned into max prep with 53 names on the roster. Something went wrong.

I google Kirbyville Football varsity roster and it lists 53 players . Must to had a lot of players quit.

That is not all Newton has coming back. The other starting back, nearly all the linemen will be coming back, most of the defense will be back. Newton has a new offensive line coach who was here several years ago.

Shelbyville has turf because Shelby co. has money. I have prop. In Shelby co. A few years back they were cracking for gas/oil. This poured a lot of money into the school in Shelby co. including Center.

Longview is still a winning program.

I would think a good coach would take one look at the history of warren and move on unless the money was very, very good.

Tired of your team having a losing season. The quickest way to eliminate that problem is to move to a town like WO-S, Aledo, Carthage, Longview or Cedar Hill.

You hit the nail on the head when you said these coaches know how to dominate the line. That is what teams like Carthage and Gilmer do year after year. They must start developing these linemen back in jr high. These coaches also know how to count numbers.

Carthage. They have homesteaded AT&T stadium.

Newton. They will be loaded next year. Those 12 soph.s will be jrs . The two starting running backs will be seniors. They will be the best two backs in 3A. and a lot of help coming up from the JV. A lot of speed next year. Most of the line coming back. Newton will be Newton again.
