The Admins, Teachers, and Students are always for it... I mean, who wouldn't be? Except it causes huge problems for working parents, worse testing scores, etc... The only caveat to that is IF teachers are willing to take a 20% cut in their pay, I'd reconsider. Educators collectively overestimate their value to the rest of society. Always have, always will. You don't work for the super, and you don't work for yourself. You work for the public. That's me, you, and anybody else that lives or owns property inside of a school district. In what planet would an employee working a 187 day schedule while expecting 260 day pay decide that the number of days that they work should be dropped to 150 days per year? It's laughable.

I saw a couple of different views on setpoliticalreview.com. I couldn't tell much about what caused it, etc... There was some kind of skirmish between players, then a grown man came across the field and attacked a player from Kelly. [Hidden Content] Disregard the commentary because it's Klein, but the footage begs for more questions. 7-on-7 is just not it.... we went to a few games and it might as well have been an AND1 show at the city park. Not even close. Trump was showing top secret docs to reporters… that’s how the feds knew that Trump had them. Then, when pressed, Trump turned over SOME of the classified docs, but not the ones that were described by the civilian, non-clearanced reporters… and Trump’s attorneys, acting on a lie from Trump, told the feds “that’s all of them.” Except the feds knew that that the ones described by the civilians weren’t included. The feds raided Trumps Miralax resort (by no means a private residence) and found the exact docs that Trump said he was hanging onto “for protection” in a bathroom. Y’all make it sound like trump had a box of sensitive docs that inadvertently ended up on a truck leaving the White House. The good news is that it looks like the judge on that case in Florida is just as biased as the ones in New York, except in Trump’s favor, so he should be fine. So before y’all whine about NY judges being biased, remember that other judges are just as biased in his favor so “bias” is a no -issue. Stop crying.

Everything that you said can be disproven. When you’re worried about political witch hunts, you left out the Clinton Impeachment, or that Trump’s campaign slogan was literally “Lock Her Up.” Trump and his minions are at best, no worse than the Dems on political persecutions. So which is it… either Trump couldn’t find any actual dirt on Hillary or he found it and did nothing? Trump destroyed our economy and exploded the debt, period. And if you want to blame the Dems’ plandemic… then you have to admit that trump was powerless to stop their evil plan, lol. Trumpers worship their guy when he admits to sexually assaulting women as “locker room talk,” but then cry when he’s found responsible for sexually assaulting women as the work of “them dirty democrats!” It should physically hurt when someone is that stupid.

Wrong again. If Biden had been showing them to reporters, then secreted them away, then lied to the feds about giving them all back, we’d be talking about apples to apples. Also, the fact remains that sometimes people leave with docs and if discovered, they self report and give them back. Trump as much as admitted thst he intended to use them as “insurance” against his “enemies.”

They aren’t “made up crimes” when he was moving boxes of classified docs around Miralax, then had his attorneys tell the feds that they’d given them all back-those same attorneys resigned immediately when they realized that trump had them lie for him. We all heard trump in his own words/voice telling election officials to “just find him” the exact number of votes to overturn the free and fair election that was held. The fact that the DA is a joke doesn’t take away from the fact that we all heard what he did, and he shouldn’t need to be legally disqualified from ever holding office again-the voters should have enough CHARACTER to cut off support for him. Theyre out to get him, no doubt. That doesn’t mean that he hasn’t done anything wrong. I miss the days when conservatives had character.

In 2016 there were 16 candidates on the stage for the first debate, and Trump was better qualified than Carly Fiorina… the other 14 were without a doubt better experienced and would have served us more effectively. The sensible argument to make is “so what about experience? He was the right guy, obviously, because he ended up winning.” Except he did a horrible job, then lost, then tried to start a civil war, is facing 91 felony charges, countless civil suits, and needs $545 million dollars just to appeal cases which he’s already lost. By all means, let’s give the job back to that train wreck.

That's the fallacy of your argument... you don't have to pick one or the other. There are literally hundreds of men and women capable of doing the job who are good people AND would install good policies.

Why'd you skip Richard Nixon, Republican? Oh, wait... because he was not that great of a candidate to begin with and lost to JFK, then public sentiment against the Vietnam conflict got him into office despite being a person of poor character. Then Watergate "happened." The funny thing is that Republican Congressmen approached Nixon and let him know that they WOULD be voting to impeach him if he didn't resign, so he did. And he never ran for office again, unsurprisingly. In 2024 we have another sorry candidate who's already been impeached twice and committed actual crimes much worse than Nixon ever did, but the Rs are in full favor of nominating him to lose again. It's insane. The lunatics are running the asylum, as noted by the immediate firing of 60 employees of the RNC this week. What does that mean? Nobody will be there to stop Trump and his cronies from looting the RNC treasury to pay his fines/legal bills instead of supporting other R candidates up and down the ticket that actually do have a chance of winning their races.

No, as evidenced by the fact that Joe clapped Trump’s cheeks in 2020. I mean, other than the border, Biden has done a much better job than Trump by every possible measure-even though his faculties are diminished.

You know, a couple of weeks ago I was angry enough about the verdict/damages in the NY vs. Trump case that I found myself hoping that the Ds would lose. Not saying it's enough to make me vote Trump at all, but then this weekend I saw footage of Trump and Ivanka walking in to the venue at the UFC fights and I was like "THAT part of him I like...." It'll be a game time decision. If Trump is way up in the polls, I might vote for him. I'm like that. Always rooting for the overdog. I still think that the Ds will sub someone in who's infinitely more likable than Trump (and not suffering from end stage dementia like Biden) and all of the moderates/undecideds will end up voting that way.

Also, simple math would indicate that a vote for a candidate that can't win (Trump) is the same as a vote for the eventual winner (Biden).

Actually, not voting is the same as voting for the winner, and you just admitted Trump is gonna lose again. Wanna know how “they” already know? They claim that the election was stolen in 2020, but here we are and there’s not a single Republican doing ANYTHING to make sure that it doesn’t happen again. They’re not even talking about how to stop the cheating. They’re not scared of it because they know the truth-it didn’t happen in 2020.

I would have been very disappointed in him… I thought it was in very poor taste when Pelosi did it. The difference is that Pelosi doesn’t represent me or my party… Johnson does- and it’s my obligation to point out when they fall short of what I expect of them. Does every gold star parent get to go to the state of the union? No. So how did the most vocal of the gold star parents get in? Some Republican congressman invited him in hopes that he’d do exactly what he did. If that’s not milking that man’s grief for political purposes, then I guess I don’t know what it is. Trump put the total number of illegal immigrants 15 million last night on truth social. Biden says 2 million. As best as we can tell, the number of illegal immigrants that have come into our country since Biden took office is 7 million or so. Of that 7 million, how many were “terrorists, gangsters/cartel members, streamlined drug smugglers, rapists, and murderers?” Screaming about the small percentage of illegal immigrants who ARE criminals as a reason to stop ANYBODY from coming here is just a clever way of disguising the real issue… some folks (predominantly older white people) are still pretty racist… and they don’t want “them” coming over here. One of the key talking points in our District 18 House race was “Colony Ridge” and how Bailes’ legislation allowed it to happen. There’s another development going on in Hardin County right now that was created using the same legislation. It’s a 3200 home development called “Brampton Essentials” but it’ll be white folks so nobody cares. How stupid is it to campaign against Colony Ridge as being a freaking favela, when it’s guaranteed that they are going to be a huge voting block after the next census? I hope they can’t read all of those horrible things that republicans keep saying about them.

Here’s the thing… I think we need to fix our border issue. We can’t fit 7.5 billion people inside our borders and give them all a phone, apartment, food, healthcare, and a free college education. But I can also tell you that without immigrant labor, our economy would crash, without a doubt. I give the Dems credit for reading the room better than the Rs. They’re the fastest growing segment of our population and will determine the outcome of future elections. The Dems embrace them and the red hats are all like “send them back,” even though we all know we can’t survive without them.
