How about neither team should be allowed to even play football against anyone for fear that an "incident" might occur? I think the probation without any type of playoff suspension or denial of a district championship is a mere slap on the wrist. Assault and battery is not a sport of any type that I know of. What happens if their probation is broken and what type of "incident" is required for a stiffer penalty to be served?

In a three-way playoff, what are the scenarios for the non-winners.......what place money do they get and how does it affect the field who were not involved in the playoff?

I guess everyone on the team was a senior, and so was everybody involved in the fight. As far as I know, punishing the group for the actions of a few (this was slightly more than a few) is the norm, not something I just invented. I really can't see anyone being able to punish only those involved. There were too many.

You mean just because we won district titles in every major sport in 2011 and basketball (so far) in 2012 , we can't toot our horn? We must be doing something right to get an all caps post from the biggest blow hard around ( kidding of course)

They do have a couple of bigs in '6"5 Woodson and '6"4 Anderson, with Anderson being the better player, averages 12 points and 8 boards. Hardy, the two guard, is the player for that team, averaging 16 points a game. If Central keeps that defensive intensity up like they have shown lately, I expect the Jaguars to beat CE King. A coach with a state champ ring living on a message board messing with the fans, sitting on his pedestal, tooting his own horn because no one else will. Isn't there a coach's board you could frequent, or does a board of your peers take you down a notch?

Whether best district in the state or the worst, when being judged by teams in the same district, being tied for first place, and being referred as not good, I call foul.

We're #1, but we're not very good.....according to some people. Too many wishy-washy statements made around here. Ned. won district last year and tied for first this year.....B-U-T........ ::)

Nederland played the game right. Ozen just hit their shots and Nederland missed theirs. That's how a team loses the game. ......missing shots. Ozen was the better team last night. Congrats. You won't hear me cry about our coaching or the refs. Sometimes you simply get beat. I can admit that.

I'm very pleased with 29. I don't have to compare to other teams. I compare it to our past records and it is simply phenomenal.
