Not all of them hauling full loads and some haul one way and return empty. Take I-10 to Los Angeles, out side the city limits there is a sign that says ALL TRUCKS (not personal trucks) exit here. I assume they have warehouses or places to unload their goods to bobtails for in-town delivery. There are no 18 wheelers on the freeways in LA?
