I give BH coaching the edge in this district every day of the week. Out O-line will be a strong point by returning all, but one from this year. We have a very good RB returning, but you’re right at QB. The front runner is probably a kid that will run over most defenses in this district. He has a year to work on his passing skills. He’s a load to take down. We will hurt on D side, but I don’t know who BH can plug in the LB position. Overall, BH will be in the mix.

I think you can throw WB in the mix as well. I know their 6A record was horrendous, but they should more competitive at this level. BH has the edge on coaching that makes me feel better, but I do think it will be a competitive district, plus you only play 6 district games. Curious to see how it plays out.

Ned and BH will split. I honestly thought Ned is a little better. Not sure why BH doesn’t go down low more often with a 6’7” and 6’8” kids.

I think it’s over played having all of the championships during a 4 day period. How many people attending 1A 3A? I didn’t see very many. Even 4A appeared small.

Maybe since all state games are played in Dallas that in return, all officials should be from Houston area. Evens the playing field. Lol

BH needs to start playing the big boys ( meaning 6A). QB will be huge ? Going into next year. 1. Dickinson 2. CE King 3. Deer Park 4. Oak Ridge or Grand Oaks

I’ve watched BH this year, they have some length. Nowhere near a United, but they will be a tough out this year.

How many games is each team playing over there? I only see one game for us or is that wrong?

Clueless! On paper PNG shouldn’t come close to beating SOC. Coaching, culture and some good HS talent just went 1-1 in state championship games. Not bad at all
