As with most rankings, its all about who you know and who is doing the voting. Schools get looked over each and every year because John Doe's buddy votes for his friends school rather than the best team. For instance......Lumberton girls have adavnced deep into the playoffs the last several years...are they ranked?NOPE!! Even though they return all but two or three girls from a team who lost 2-1 to Waco Midway last year. Rankings are WORTHLESS IMO, all that matters is the ranking at the end of the season!

I personally cannot begin to understand the decision that was made today to allow Qatar (Temperatures average 113 degrees and  is not even as big as Conneticut)  to host the 2022 world cup over the United States. This is just another , in a long line of errors, that FIFA has made. It is a sad day for soccer in America.

Hello my name is Chad Luttrull and I am currently the varsity WR coach for the Lumberton Raiders. I am offering football training again this summer and have decided to break it down into two seperate camps for the youth her ein Southeast Texas. I have played or coached football for over 20 years now and I would love the opportunity to help tomorrow's athletes. These training sessions will be for kids grades 4th -6th in Lumberton and grades 7th up for outside schools. (The UIL will not allow me to work with kids from Lumberton who will be entering into the 7th grade since I am a member of the high school coaching staff.) I look forward to helping out and meeting the next great athletes to come out of the Golden Triangle. [center]Camp 1: June 14-17th  "Speed and Conditioning Camp"     The focus of this training will be agility, footwork and fundamentals of running.
