Locksley is the star of the show from what I hear in early reports. Which kind of surprises me. Never thought he would be a QB. Charlie still needs on the field improvement to keep his job IMO. Another 5-7 year or worse and this class will be forgotten. The biggest surprise to me is Baylor. Highest ranked class in Briles' tenure. Look out.

Nederland drew a tough schedule having to play Ozen and Central back to back twice. No excuse, still gotta get up and play the game with intensity. But it is tougher than having them spread out by a few games.

I don't think anyone was criticizing anyone for being "emotional." But we don't need to rehash that issue. If a big criticism of a coach is he pumps his fist when his team takes a lead, I will take him.

The first time I saw Davis on the sideline and his team, I knew the guy could coach. On each and every occasion since, my initial impression has been reinforced. I really don't think there's any doubt about it.

Earlier in district play, HF had 14 high school players only, 7 on JV and 7 on varsity. With injuries/grades/etc, sounds like less now.

He's been a 2nd round projection in many mock drafts for a while now. However, since Ridley's injury, his stock is on the rise. As bulldogbacker correctly noted, every member of an NBA roster is NOT there to score. Ibeh is a long 6'11" with a lot of athleticism. He will be given a shot in the NBA as a rim protector. Not saying he will make it, but you're crazy to think he isn't on a lot of radars.
