I also never boo anyone. I normally just cheer for the Ags opponent and on those rare occasions when the Ags win, I simply do something else. For the most part, that has worked out just swell.

I will have to agree. The first naked girl I ever saw was at Hippy Hollow. Not a pretty sight even as a 10 year old.

Here's one area I will have to stand by my Bobcats. Just head over to Sewell Park on a sunny day and they can compete with any school.

Coolness will fade out because eventually you have to have your players respect your discipline. The same can be said for the drill instructor. It is easier to ease off as a drill instructor than it is to lay down the law as the cool guy. Happens in our schools every year with first year teachers. You cannot be your students friend.

Pretty sure this was before Jerra(early 90's). It was actually the NFL which owns the trademark rights to all NFL logos. Dallas was not very good on or off the field and the school opted to distance themselves from the comparison to the Cowboys mystique and look. Back in the day they prided themselves to being compared to those Tom Landry Cowboy teams that won with class. Sterling used to do the same from '71-'83.

Texas chooses to stand on their on merits and do not rely on their conference affiliation.
