Just messing  Never had any dislike of Vidor. Each time we have played them it has been a good clean game. Fans seem to be good folks too. BH is young but have some talent( they will start a least 5 Sof. this week) With this new coaching staff we will just have to see!! But eagles look ton better then last couple years. I will say this the new DC for BH is for real!!

Im with you on this.

Go back and look at my posts.. I work with BH people on the Hill and keep up with the Eagle's they're young but have talent in all the skill positions and have some good size in the trenches. If your secondary is suspect they will burn a lot of teams this season ( BH is my Dark Horse pick and will make the play-offs)

Lee's thread isn't 2 pages long with out having a little bit of help (off topic).  I do like seeing teams win that haven't won in a while.  hope they keep it up.

Esp if Crosby switches qb's some to #7 and get Netherleys hands/legs downfield behind the defense@Wr,then that opens it up for both rb'sJS

Early in the season for both teams I say this one will be a lot closer than folks are anticipating...

I'm just glad to see the coach is challenging his team early.  Might be the toughest game they have all year.  Go Crosby !

friday night two  old friends meet up been some time since the two have meet coach.newmann and coach Thompson two of the best coaches around  Neumann brings a record of 182-87-1 and a very good coaching staff to go along with that Nederland has won five straight dist titles under him. now on the flip side coach Thompson in 6  season at wo-s  has put togather a record 15-1 last year  a overall record of 64-19  GET THER EARLY NEDERLAND FANS

I'm pretty close to the Ozen program...  Some of those kids still harbor ill feelings... There were spats in the 7 on 7 games this spring and summer....

Your coach said he wants 48 minutes of game type play. "Plays scrimmages just like games." Maybe, just maybe you think Coach knows what he's doing more then you guys?  I know its hard to believe because everyone on here knows more then there coaching staffs. Take your complaints to Coach Thompson and see what he tells you.

Not sure if it was true in the 70's, but I'm pretty sure it was true in the 40's and 50's.

I heard our JV got some scrimmage time in.  Also, one of our JV WR got open deep, but had to stop to wait on the ball, but still a nice gain.  That kids a great athlete.  Takes after his G'pa (except in the stomach area lol).

I keep watching this and I am coming to the conclusion that this is actually genius.

Seems to be a theme here about fields not in shape or teams not wanting their field messed up before 1st game of season. With all the rain all the grass fields are going to be in some bad shape if you practice on them during the week as well.

Coach Martha Stewart, and she keeps our players strong with plenty of meals, have em ready to issue out an arse beating to mid-county, with names on the back of our jerseys
