HJ has the team to upset Yates and it would not surprise me if they do.

That JV group is TOUGH and pretty big. The 8th grade group coming will be a force to reckon with. Those kids are big , fast and strong. Almost seem ahead of their time.We’ll be much better this year. 

WOS lacked elite skill position talent this past year. QB was a issue but he (they) weren’t being helped much by their supporting cast. The best player on the offense was the RB and he was injured much of the year to the point he wasn’t 100% in a lot of games. This past senior class was probably the weakest in 10+ years for WOS in terms of skill position talent.
 
i expect WOS the next 2-3 years to have another possible state championship run/runs.

I know that WOS loves Friday's, but the weather, your fan base and the safety of all involved must be taken into question.

Sitting in my hotel room looking out the window at stadium. Pretty steady rainfall right now.

What is bad is people are going to drive all the way out there, to be delayed, delayed, and postponed until tomorrow. Idk who gets the final say, that is a question for the Mods, but they really screwed the pooch on this one.

Heavy rains and thunderstorms with lightning starting around 6:00pm at kickoff in that area. PLEASE take care driving and wish they would postpone this game as well. Use common sense and think safety for all and both sides.

Can someone in the know explain the decision to play tomorrow. Just watched the Houston news, I live in Tomball, and still saying much rain and thunderstorms plus lightning. Was it too late to change the day or neither school wanted too move it? Just makes for unsafe driving for all going.

If all what you mentioned was taken into consideration it would already be rescheduled!!Its gonna be uglyyyyyy,and if it cannot be finished the same night then you have a bigger problem...play the dang game Thursday 

Too late to change the day I guess. I have stated earlier that all the Houston weather stations are saying it will be very bad weather. For all the games being played on Friday night, prepare for the worst and a very very long night of delays.
