There's no way they don't make it. Before the Big 12 tourney, I wasn't sure, but now they've got to be in. I agree that they haven't played a really strong schedule, but two wins in the Big 12 tourney pushed them up to 24 wins. On top of that, beating K-state helped their case A LOT, as well as a nice effort against Kansas. Playing K-state and Kansas will also help their SOS. They're in. They'll probably get an 8 or 9 seed.

So he tapped her on the leg with a baton? What a heinous act! All jokes aside, this seems like a major overreaction. I can understand if he broke her nose with it, but it sounds like he was just goofing off, and that he didn't even hurt her.

I was in that area from 2002-2006, and they were always 3rd or 4th best in district. Pinetree is the traditional power in that district.

Ags give up an easy layup late in the shotclock, then miss a quick 3. Kansas ices the game. KU wins 77-71. Congrats aggies on a really nice tourney run that solidified their spot in the NCAA tourney.

Big three for the Ags, and a quick foul. They're down four with 1:04 left. KU misses the front end of a 1 and 1, then A&M hits two freethrows. Ags down 2 with 54 seconds left.

The Aggies have shot themselves in the foot. Down 4 with 2:30 left, they ran the shot clock down to 2 and hurried a shot which led to a Kansas dunk. Getting the ball back, they ran the shotclock down to 1, had to force a shot, which eventually led to a KU freethrow. Now they're down 7 with 1:20 left, and all they've done their last two possessions is run off a minute of the clock for Kansas and take two toughly contested shots.

The aggies have cut it to two. KU leads 65-63, with 5:00 left. I'd love to see a Texas/Texas A&M final on a neutral court!!!

A&M just hit an INSANE shot to beat the shot clock for three... KU up 60-55 with 7 left.

Yup. They really outplayed UTSA in the 2nd half, but the defecit was just too big. There were a couple of stretches where Lamar got 4 or 5 defensive stops in a row but didn't score either. If they could've made a couple of buckets then, this might have been a different game.

Kansas leads 51-47 with 11:30 left.

nice for lamar there where UTSA misses the 1 and 1 and fouls on the rebound.... Lamar makes the 1st freethrow, another coming after a timeout with lamar trailing 57-50 with 1:05 left.

Lamar waited WAY too long to foul!!! Not even in the bonus yet, and they let 20 seconds run off bfore they foul.

52-44 with 3:45 left

Lamar has had their chances to cut the lead down some more, but they've been missing some shots... still plenty of time to come back.

about the refs... this should be 10 point game, but they got cheated on a 3 pointer that was called a 2.

Where was this Lamar team in the first half! Very quick 7-0 run for the cards to cut the deficit to 14. Ubalde with all 7 points, and Lamar playing really nice defense! I thought this game was over, but they've cut the score down by 7 VERY quickly at the beginning of the 2nd half, so who knows?

Unbelievable! Tiger's opponents are doing his work for him. He was down by 3 strokes, with 4 or 5 guys ahead of him, and now he's tied for the lead with 6 players!

Vijay apparently remembered that he's washed up, and is 5 over on the day. Tiger shot a 66 and is 2 back at -6, but there are two guys at 8 under who still have some holes to play.
