turnover, hawks ball!

Rob has decided one of the officials has it out for turner.  4th foul on turner, tigers to the line for 2.  36.3 left.  first freethrow is good.  second freethrow is good.  Tigers lead by 5.  53-48.

the biggest play of the night for the tigers came from the refs, a bad charge call that would've given the hawks 2 freebies when they were down 1, instead the tigers go down and get 3 to go up four.  right now, tigers are up 3, and have the ball, about a minute left.

1-2 from the line for DC, Tigers lead 51-48, 1:11 to go.

Stallworth fouled, going to the line for 2.

after a bad charging call, Gaines goes down and hits an and-1.  Tigers up 50-46.  Rico scores, Tiger up 50-48.

Thomas dunks, silsbee up 1.  another awful call goes against the hawks.  sounds like about the 4th one in the 2nd half.  tiger ball.  timeout, tigers, they lead 47-46.  2:08 left.

2:48 left, hawks up by one, tiger ball.

Rico scores, hawks up 46-45!  Great game for Rico tonight!

4 minutes left.  hill drives and scores, Silsbee ties it, sounds like Lazeek is frustrated with the refs for not calling 3 seconds on Jones.  4 fouls on anderson.  Hill makes the freethrow.  45-44, Silsbee leads.

Sutherland steals the inbound after a timeout!  Lane picks up his 5th, turner makes the layup and goes to the line for the lead!  42-42!  and the freethrow is... no good.  tie game.  sutherland with a steal, and makes a layup!  44-42, hawks lead!  about 5 straight steals for the hawks!

hawks go on a 7-0 run in about 30 seconds!  Hawks only down 42-40!!!  Turner caps it with a 3!

Lane picks up his 4th.  Gus misses a freethrow, and misses the 2nd.

HJ giving up WAY too many offensive rebounds.  Hawks outrebounded 30-15 in the game.

Stallworth goes to the line for 2.  makes the 1st.  makes the 2nd. Sutherland travels again. sounds like it was a terrible call.  40-31, Tigers lead going to the 4th.

Gus hits a three.  Hawks down 9.  1:30 left in the 3rd.

Lane scores, Tigers up 10, refs miss a goaltending that would've cut it to 8.  Lane with 3 fouls, and now tigers up 12.  

Thomas for 2, Hawks down 32-24, and Turner picks up his 3rd foul.  hawks had a chance to pull close early in the quarter, but Silsbee is threatening to pull away.
