nice.  heard silsbee was improved this year, but now i wonder.  HJ is a little better than last year (from what i've seen), but it's not like they're lightyears ahead of where they were.

here's one that i haven't seen mentioned... coachability... these days this is a quality that many players don't have, but it plays a huge rule in the development of talent in HS players, especially if the coach is a good one.
