I was just referring to the post talking about not having to play Carthage until state.

How we feeling about our teams? Most teams have played their first district contest so we have gotten a good feel for where our respective schools are at. Obviously Bellville, Cuero, Silsbee, and Hamshire Fannett are off to strong starts all in the top 10 currently. Regardless how some fans see West Orange right now, even after last night I’m confident that they can still make some noise in the playoffs. After starting the season a little sluggish only beating La Grange 24-14 Bellville flipped a switch and has played nearly lights out since with some impressive performances. Un biased opinion I think Silsbee is the region favorite but I think Bellville isn’t too far behind along with Cuero.

Region 3 will have a couple tough matchups for the Tigers come playoff time as well. It ain’t just about dodging Carthage. Silsbee is looking good though.

I’ll say this and it was kinda mentioned earlier… I don’t wanna hear anyone from Kountze getting upset about another team scoring too much lol As a Kountze alumni I’ve seen some basketball games over the last 20 years that Kountze exactly didn’t take the foot off the pedal… Matter of fact I think one was against Buna where Kountze won by like 60-70 lol

FBW lost to Brookshire Royal … idk if they were missing players that game or what… but that is a pretty bad. Hopefully this win is a confidence boost for Nederland

Don’t base anything off the Kountze game lol Kountze is bad… Anahuac should beat Buna by 3-4 TDs…

Brazosport isn’t beating WOS… please don’t say that lol

Man… that district is something… Even if Bellville gets the district championship we still get to play WOS, Silsbee, Jasper , or HF in the first round. I mention all 4 because I think they all have somewhat of a shot at finishing 1-4… My personal opinion thinks it will be Jasper or HF but you never know.

If you are referring to Buna scoring 70 plus on Kountze I would put 0 stock in that… as far as Woodville beating Orangefield… the bobcats did have some injuries but nonetheless Woodville may be a top 10 team in 3A D1…

Orangefield shouldn’t have any issues getting the win.

Bellville Offseason expectations Exceeded my expectations especially on offense. Positive- The defense and being 4-0 Negative-per usual the passing offense but not that bad. Expectations- Shouldn’t lose a regular season game and go 3-4 rounds deep

Heard Orangefield was pretty banged up injury wise coming into this game

Yoe isn’t a bad team… Yoe’s problem to me watching them last night is they are small on the D line and at LB… they didn’t tackle well either.
