Does Dayton play 7-7? No, and they are pretty good.

That is why 7-7 is so irrelevent to the game of football. If they played touch on Fiday night then it might mean something.

So move Hardin up and take the place of Crosby in 19-4A. They would be better challenge than Crosby, or about the same.

Just another example of this district being completely unorganized when it comes to these decsions. Remember this happened in football and they got the decision completely wrong. But at least this time they listened to the UIL unlike the football situation. Absolutely the worst run district committee in the state, including HISD.

It will not help them unless they learn to play the spread. They are terrible at trying to defend a spread team, and Dayton will take advantage of their not knowing how to line up. They will not have any more athletes on the field than Central or Ozen. Remeber only 11 of those great athletes can be on the field at one time and it is hard to put more athletes on the field than those 2. Plus they will not be near as well coached as those two teams. Have seen them on film. Better get a lot better if they ever want to compete against a 20-4A team. Thats gonna happen bro and hope they do well.

The school district is buying the property around the stadium to be able to build new parking. They have added to the parking behind the new home stands and will begin on the new parking for the stadium as soon as possible from what I understand. Baytown will play at Stallworth Stadium the same place Lee and Sterling plays. And Yes BH does need to upgrade its visitor side now that they have moved up. You know I don't think that we have had a visitor fill the stands yet though! Huffman came close one year, but I know Dayton will bring the fans! Dayton needs to upgrade the parking some how then their stadium would be complete!! I don't think its possible though, too bad they didn't relocate the stadium to another area. Oh well

It is no where near a normal schedule with 2 open dates. Dayton will only play 8 games before the playoffs next year. I know the district will all have a bye during week 10.

The new schedule is completely different than the original. when I get a hard copy of it I will get it on here. But I do know instead of opening with Crosby Dayton will open district play with Kingwood Park. A nice welcome for Kingwood Park to 19-4A.

This is not true. UIL does not stipulate that a student cannot lift on game days. This is a rule that I am sure the summer league daddys would like implemented but there is no such rule.

They should have done their homework when she was superintendent at Hempstead, before they hired her. She killed what athletic programs Hempstead had. Liberty will not have a chance to be successful until she is gone.

Now I know you do not know what you are talking about. If you will remember back Dayton and WOS have either scrimmaged or played for 8-10 years. So not wanting to play WOS is not the truth. They are scrimmaging each other in the first scrimmage which if you know anything about their past is always played just as a game. So it does not matter whether you call it a scrimmage or a game it will be won or loss to the teams. No one is scared of WOS, the least of all Dayton. Neither team wanted to play WO-S.

In the games against Dayton (33 points), Nederland (31 points) and Lumberton (40 points) there were only 2 td's that were not scored by the opposing teams offense and that was an interception return and a punt return against Lumberton. the reason that Creduer did not get it is because Lumberton was supposed to be good and with a 3 way tie then the coach that was not supposed to be there deserves the nod over the 2 that should have been at that position. Remember, you all told us how good Lumberton was supposed to be this year and you were right. PNG was supposed to be middle of the road and they were in a 3 way tie for first in a year that probably saved Burnett's job. He deserved the award. That is not to say that Creduer did not do a great job, just Burnett's job was a little bit better and harder.

Dayton's schedule as of now is Friendswood for game 1 amd LaMarque for game 3. They are still looking for a game 2. Will probably be set at the district realignments in Febuary. Looking at playing a Northeast Texas school at Nacogdoches. I know they have called a lot of schools 4A and 5A around Houston and have been told no.
