You’re probably right. My Dad and Mom always did. They were both Marines. He was a lifer for 30 years. I used to til the kneeling crap started. I think everyone on here agrees that there is plenty of racial history in these United States. CRT is not trying to address those issues, however. CRT is based on the premise that race is not a natural, biologically grounded feature of physically distinct subgroups of human beings but a socially constructed (culturally invented) category that is used to oppress and exploit people of color (namely, blacks). Critical race theorists hold that the law and legal institutions in the United States are inherently racist insofar as they function to create and maintain social, economic, and political inequalities between whites and nonwhites, especially blacks. In other words, there is no fixing anything. Any white person is inherently racist and no blacks will ever be given a fair opportunity.
