5A Region 3 is always one of the best in Texas, it is loaded with these strong teams this year. Friendswood, Kingwood Park, Magnolia, Austin McCallum, Austin Anderson, Brenham, Elgin, Pflugerville Hendrickson, Montgomery Lake Creek. Barbers Hill, PNG, Crosby & Nederland will have a tough road to get thru the 3rd round or win this region. B.H. probably has the pitching & defense to make a run & PNG probably has the coaching & strongest hitting team to make a run in 5A from the setx area.

Yes IK the standard tie breaker scenarios, but there has been times where coaches chose to by pass a play in game by conceding the higher seed or flipping a coin for seeding.

Playing guys with experience & Senior leadership will get wins in games like this when out hit 8 to 3. Next up should be 4 wins vs. United & P.A. to keep the dogs at the top of district standings.

BC has made it to the state tournament(Final 4) 3 times Class 4A-'91-'92 beat Denison 6-5 then Lost in the championship game 10-1 vs. Robstown Class 3A-'04-'05- Lost to Carthage 5-2 First game.
