  1. Was 2008 your freshman season?
  2. Probably at least another couple of weeks.

  5. Well, finished the 1st weekend at -30
  6. Just need them to cover the 13 for me to have a winning 1st weekend.
  7. So 75-80 yards rushing per game is satisfactory? 60 of those yards were scrambles by the QB. Not designed runs. I watched both games and I saw some struggles with the running game.
  8. Lost that TCU game. I need LSU and Clemson to cover to make up for that lost.
  9. My plays: #5 LSU(-2.5) at #8 Florida St New Mexico at #23 Texas A&M(-38.5) Rice at #11 Texas(-35.5) Florida at #14 Utah(-6.5) Colorado at #17 TCU(-21) Boise St at #10 Washington(-14.5) West Virginia at #10 Penn St(-20.5) #21 North Carolina(-2.5) at South Carolina #9 Clemson(-13) at Duke Stayed away for A&M and tu game.
  10. The better team won tonight but give credit to Coach Sutherland and his staff and the EC team. They did what they needed to do to stay in this game. HF is a very good team and EC gave them all they wanted. Two things caught my attention after tonight's game. HF doesn't run the ball very well and doesn't defend the run very well. Longhorns want to make it a 7 on 7 contest, both offensively and defensively. That's their strength. QB and receivers, defensive backs. A little light in the defensive front. Good speed on defense but a team with a good running game will give them fits. EC has a gem in the making at QB with the freshman Fontenot. Bucs will improve as the season goes. I think they have a real shot at winning district. Going to be better than some predicted.
  11. Ho hum. Marathon. Not a sprint
  12. Botley is still out. I believe all others will be available.
  13. HF is definitely the favorite and my pick to win tonight. But I will not be surprised if the game is much closer than last year's game. I'll be on the sidelines for this one tonight. Rice balls and a bowl of rice and gravy please!!!
