[/quote] It's a technicality...WOS head coach did not release him...when the Kelly Rb transferred(from WB last year) I remember the WB staff commenting on that...if they(W.O in this case) do not release him and acknowledge the transfer was NOT for athletic purposes...he WOULD  be eligible......because he was not signed off on...UIL considers him ineligible... As for you asking Dove a question, couldn't that be done in a pm? If you are wanting more than Dove's response, then ask the question to the entire board.

If so, then the school records would reflect their age from the birth certificate that was produced when they started kindergarten. It would also reflect if any of your children either missed a year, failed a year, or even possibly skipped a year.
