  3. "It's good to be the King". ;D They don't call me Mike "Vegas" Sanchez for nothin'.
  4. Good post. wanting and doing are two different things. im glad the cats are having a little success, you guys deserve it! also, i hope you get that third spot in the playoffs... but, with the exception of possibly silsbee, there is no team in this district that will touch wos! once wos offense starts clicking i think silsbee will have a hard time hanging with them. I believe that last year's WOS offense was better than this year's offense. Silsbee had no problem hanging with them then. Key is, will they start clicking?
  5. I can't account for any of the other teams stats, but I can for Silsbee's. I have kept their stats for each game. You are out of control AAW. Your poor wife!!!! ;D ;D ;D Hey Bleed, just part of my job doing the broadcasts, keeping stats. You do a great job my friend but do you have a real job? ;D ;D If this is your job I am jealous no doubt. I still feel sorry for your wife. ;D ;D What's the definition of a real job? ;D Actually Bleed, this is my job for now along with on-line poker.
  6. Silsbee's 3 game team stats: Davis rushing 163 passing 151 total 314 Diboll rushing 57 passing 338 total 395 Lumberton rushing 1 passing 271 total 272 total rushing 221 passing 760 total 981 Avg. per game rushing 73.7 passing 253.3 total 327 Defense Davis total 200 Diboll total 451 Lumberton total 208 avg. per game 286.3
  7. One could say that he is avg. 282 a game since he never saw the field in the 2nd half of the Davis game. But officially it is 235.
  8. Here is his stats for passing for each game: Houston Davis 8-12 96 yards 1 TD ( he only played the first half ) Diboll 15-31 338 yards 3 TD's 2 INT's Lumberton 23-36 271 yards 2 TD's 1 INT

  10. This is Jeremy's official passing stats, according to mine and the Silsbee coaching staffs: 44-79 705 yards 6 TD's 3 Int's
  11. I can't account for any of the other teams stats, but I can for Silsbee's. I have kept their stats for each game.
  12. I don't know where you got your stats from, admin, but Jeremy Johnson has more than 404 yards passing. He has a total of 705 yards passing. If you look at Silsbee's top 5 recievers, they have 734 yards recieving between them.
  13. I think it's on Monday at 5pm after they dedicate the new practice facility, according to the PA News. What's the Vegas line?
  14. It's pretty obvious that you don't think you are getting your point across to anyone just yet. :
  15. These are the scores from last year's district games for Silsbee: West Orange-Stark 14, Silsbee 7 OT Silsbee 21, Bridge City 0 Silsbee 43, Orangefield 14 Silsbee 42, Hamshire-Fannett 6 Silsbee 41, Hardin-Jefferson 8 I don't think that reflects Silsbee playing down. I do agree with you in regards to the Diboll game and that Silsbee still has things to work out.
  16. i know for a fact they had atleast 10 possessions because i counted them off getting mad that the offense couldn't move the ball with that many chances!! and they called the dogs off? HA! they didn't take any of their starters out till some time into the 4th quarter... Silsbee did not have 10 possessions in the second half. I broadcasted that game and still have a copy of it on my computer. I'll make a point to listen to it again to confirm this. Silsbee only punted 4 times in that game.
  17. Silsbee did not have 10 or 11 possessions in the second half. Silsbee went ultra conservative in the second half of that game(which I still don't understand) The Tigers outgained BC 330 yards to 188 in that game. I would not say that is giving someone a run for their money. :
  18. 3rd spot is down to three teams, first two spots are taken. actually, all 3 spots are up for grab... i dont know about anyone else, but i can see the future and as far as im concerned no one has won the top 3 spots... i agree. wos almost lost to kirbyville and bc gave silsbee a run for their money last year. BC gave Silsbee a run for their money last year??? : Again, the first two spots are taken, third spot still left to had.
  19. 3rd spot is down to three teams, first two spots are taken.
  20. I don't either. One things for sure, they should be prepared. It may not result in wins, but they should be prepared.
  21. WOS went to Memorial last year and played their "A" team and beat them 36-6. Our 9th grade also played their 9th "A" team and won 30-6. We ain't skeered of no 5A... You ain't gotta be scared to take this whipping you got comming!!!!! This ain't last year and our kids have a whole different mentality now. We're gonna try and put 50 pts on the the board. O and tell me what you think of our jv qb. when he's done running around the hook, he's smooth as silk with a cannon for an arm. 8) I wish I had a dime for everytime I've heard this. Your kids do it on the field, you'll get my props the next day. Until then, you're just a 5A JV team that got beat 36-6 by 3A JV team last year... ;D Classic, Gas. Good one! ;D
  22. Poppa, I knew about the sitiuation last year with HJ/Silsbee and the chapter, but I did not know that it had such a ripple effect. I heard some talk at Silsbee's summer tourney but didn't think much of it. I know that there were several officials from the local chapter with their leaders there at the tourney doing some evaluations.
