There are 5-8 different pollsters involved in these rankings from week to week. Each pollster has his own philosophy on how he ranks the teams. The end result is what you see.

[/quote] I find it funny that you would be criticle of Jeremy going 9 of 10 against that "roody poo" defense when your boy Prewitt went 5 of 13 against that same "roody poo" defense. JJ did have 39 yards rushing and 2 TD passes while Prewitt had just 13 yards rushing and 0 TD passes against this "roody poo" defense. This with Prewitt having known the offense a spring and a whole season(also starting some games) and JJ just picking it up a couple of months ago. ::) It's no secret who they are designing the offense to fit around. ;)

All the garages charge $10 and NO in and out privileges. The lot next to the Erwin Center (North end) is a school/admin/media lot. You have to have proper credentials to park there. (which I will have ;D) All the other lots are University lots that on Thursday and Friday are off limits to the public. They are open on Saturday.

The #7 state ranked Carthage Bulldogs will take on the Silsbee Tigers, Monday night in Jasper at 7pm. Carthage comes in at 6-3 on the season while Silsbee stands at 7-0. This will be a great test for these Tigers. First pitch scheduled for 7pm.

AMEN BROTHER, AMEN!!! I actually think the forums should be kept at the top a few days after the sport is over, to give a little more look at all district and all state teams plus some season summary talk. I thought it was lame of Kerry to move the girls basketball forum the minute (probably the second ::)) that it's sport had completed. Could have stayed a couple of days for some state tourney talk, wouldn't have hurt anything. Just keep in mind that the boys basketball forum should not be moved down when the clock strikes midnight on March 12th. ;)

It's an inside joke with a friend of mine who coaches at Mexia. He views this board. I picked HJ to win this game. Not at all happy about them losing for many reasons.

I know that some school districts are considering the "pay to play" plan. A student would have to pay a fee (not sure what the fee cost would be) to be able to participate in any extracurricular activity (sports, band, cheerleading, drama, UIL academic competitions) I doubt seriously if this could work, but I know of a couple of local districts that are considering it.
