If you ever get a chance to go, do not pass it up. Last year was my first time and I saw the Thursday round. Course is way more than you can imagine. The azaleas have already bloomed this year but I did get to see them last year. We were walking up to #16 as the guy skipped it across the water for a hole in one. That is something to see.
I have been 4 times. First two years saw Thursday-Friday rounds. Other two years was there for practice rounds.
The grass is just the most amazing thing to see. It's like turf. No weeds and no dead spots. That's what impressed me the most. What about you?
The thing that surprised me the most was all the elevation changes. The course is much more "hillier" than what the television can show.
If I wasn't at The Box tomorrow night broadcasting the Silsbee/Hamshire-Fannett baseball game, I would be there!! Hearing plenty of folks will be there tomorrow. There may be more Tiger fans at The Box tomorrow night than Longhorn fans.
 3. The Silsbee Tigers will travel down to Hamshire to take on the Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns in 21-3A district action TONIGHT at The Box, 7pm game time. Silsbee (14-4, 3-0) #3 in this week's SETX polls, run ruled WOS 17-1 in 5 Tuesday night, to remain undefeated in district play. Our broadcast time will start 10 minutes prior to the first pitch which is scheduled for 7pm. Click the link provided to listen to all the action LIVE!!! 6. BUMMER!! Par 3 contest was canceled today due to weather. Really enjoy watching it, loads of fun.
 7. Give me the field.
 8. Several Hamshire-Fannett ISD parents have put out a petition to include current Kountze AD/HC Lance Dale to the two finalists for the AD/HC job at HF. Hope to get more details soon.
 9.
Woodville pulled it off... Thanks to a few nifty calls!!
What was the score?
 10.

With the 17 runs, were there any dingers?
No.  We had several up against the walls but none over the rest were good base hits. The one run that WOS had was a line shot over the left field wall
Do you know who was the WOS player that got the HR?
 11. Figured that was who WOS would pitch, Grant instead of Aidan.
 12.

Who pitched for both teams?
Critter    Murrey pitched 4    Hartman pitched  1 for Silsbee   Anderson  and  Woodson and one more but i dont know who he was sorry
Murray and Hartman for Silsbee. Hey, I guessed right!!! ;D Was it Grant Anderson #2 or Aidan Anderson #18?
 13. Final Silsbee      17 WOS          1  (5)
 14. Due to threatening weather and the fact there is no pressbox at Tiger Diamond, there will be no broadcast of tonight's game. Just cannot afford to get caught out in the rain with our broadcast equipment. I apologize for any inconvenience.
 15. Aidan Anderson (#18) is WOS #1, Grant Anderson (#2) is their #2. I really don't expect to see WOS throw their #1.

They threw their #2 a full game Sat.  :-\  Should be a good game I am saying Silsbee wins if they can play mistake free ball.
Silsbee has plenty left. They have thrown 9 different pitchers this season. Could possibly see Murray, Griffin, Hartman, or Jenkins.
Good..... out of this group who is the likely choice?
My guess (and it is purely a guess) would be Murray or Hartman.
Not in Football
I have to disagree. All Orangefield teams in every sport that I have personally seen give great effort. Lets don't confuse effort with preparedness.  ;)

 20.
No respect for the Goose? That's ok.
I had them #6 in my poll, ahead of Barbers Hill and Livingston.
