Jasper ISD was going to require some of the football coaches to teach in the classroom. Some of the coaches had not been teaching and Jasper ISD needed that to happen to make things work. Some of the coaches, including Morgan, did not want to change, therefore he resigned and others will follow. I find it very difficult to understand that a 3A school had multiple coaches not teaching in the classroom. I do not see where this is that much to ask of these coaches. I understand though that some of these coaches had never had to teach in previous jobs and was told they wouldn't have to in Jasper. Sounds like a complete mess to me.

Also another potential problem with waiting till later in the week to play these games is that several track meets will be ran on Thursday and Saturday. I imagine there are some baseball teams that have players who participate in track meets.

With Morgan leaving and a new hire to come, that will make 4 different AD/HC for Jasper in the last 6 years. That sounds like more of an administration problem than a personnel one.

[/quote] Devin was on the Kountze team and played when Kountze won the state championship in 2007, the same year HJ won the 3A title.

Never once did I say that Zjori should not have been all region. BTW, you have not answered my question about the all district teams.

BTW, why weren't you crying about the selection of the 21-3A All district teams that are selected by the coaches of the district? Johnson made 1st team, Bosha made 2nd team. [Hidden Content]
