Well, the title of the thread did say class of 2018, not '17

It was the right thing to do.

Coincidence

Who said he would have to give up coaching BB?

smh Don't you rain down rants from the stands about Central's coach? Pot, meet kettle.

Silsbee

What's up with the predictions? This game was played Tuesday. Buna won 69-56

JV game is 1pm

College Park. Varsity game time at 2:30pm

I was told by folks in the know that #22 is their best player. Bullard is still a bit raw but does have the most upside.

I saw this too. With the new pitch count rule and this new schedule, gone are the days of a super stud pitcher winning you a district title.

CP's Grimes is averaging 29 points a game. Scored 46 against Hardin-Jefferson, 48 against Brazosport.

IMO, College Park is better than The Woodlands

I hear ya. Be interesting to see who finishes 4th in that district.

Chester 66 Groveton Centerville 62

Question for you no-look. What's the best option, being the 4th seed out of 21-4A or miss the playoffs?

Silsbee had a call coming to them. They got the raw end of the deal at the end of their game against Hightower. It's The Woodlands turn to get the benefit.

Then the wrong call was made according to this rule.

There is a chance Silsbee could play Lincoln in semifinals

That's the way I have always understood it to be. You would think after those three officials got together they would know the rule.

I was told they have been playing since before Christmas break.

I got a close up view of KFDM's video. It was the proper call. Ball hit backboard first, then Woodlands player touched ball. Pretty bang bang play but correct call was made. Don't think I would make that call though.

Saw them play. They will give anyone in Region III a battle, including Silsbee.
