Also, if he is a point guard, then why has he shot twice as much as any other player on the team? In Big Sandy game, he shot 22 times, making 7 (32%). Next player was Gilbert who shot the ball 11 times. Everyone else had 5 or less attempts. To me, that is not distributing the ball like a true point guard but more like a 2 guard. Also, Cole had just 2 assists but 7 turnovers in that Big Sandy game. Oh, and that's against that lowly 2A school.

If you are speaking of 2A #1 Big Sandy, well here is a score for you from this season: Dec. 18 - at Coldspring-Oakhurst, 57-44

Funny, but I cannot find his name in any state top 100 list. Also, 20.4 points a game is very good, but it does not lead 4A in scoring. It only leads what players are listed on Maxpreps in 4A. Only about half the teams in the state are listed on Maxpreps. Just not an accurate statement to say he leads 4A in scoring.

Rankings have been updated and posted up top in pinned threads. Not much movement in state rankings involving our local teams other than Kelly dropping 4 spots to #11 in Large Private ranking. Still no local team in 6A poll and no CE King and Nederland in 5A poll. Top 8 in SETXsports rankings stay about the same. A few new ones in this week with PA Memorial, Channelview, Huffman, Diboll and Leggett.
