I highly doubt there are any baseball/softball openings currently other than the one you know about. I assume that one is a position that was filled temporarily for just this season and will be open for next season. Otherwise, I don't know why a baseball/softball head coach position would be available right now during the season. Only thing I can think of would be a school that currently doesn't play either sport and will be playing it next year. Therefore needing a coach for that sport for next season. Personally think this topic is very premature being that we are in the middle of district play.
