If you are referring to me, my question was simply asking what offers Elia has. I was not trying to compare the two players based on offers. I had not seen anything on Elia in regards to college offers. Was just looking for info. No hidden agenda. Now if you weren't referring to my post, my apologies for this post.

So the time of possession was basically even for 2nd half and not in Packers advantage like you stated in earlier post.

Dallas had a 2 to 1 advantage in time of possession in 4th Q against Packers. Didn't make any difference.

I am only speaking on games played this season so far. Only way you can assess the two players at this point. Considering future games is irrelevant at this time when comparing the two.

Not using just stats in my assessment. The eye test is what matters most to me. But, in Johnson's case, he has less carries than Elia has this season. So who is sharing the ball less?

No. But to compare the defenses is not exactly fair. You want to say Elia faces better competition. I say Johnson faces comparable competition in playoffs because he doesn't have a 6A offensive line, 6A wide receivers or 6A running backs to work with.

I am speaking of this year.

Until West Brook plays The Woodlands, then the same could be said about Elia. Lufkin defense not as good as Memorial. Neither is Oak Ridge. So the jury is still out.

Neither of these teams that West Brook has played has a good defense. Nothing compared to Memorial. Sept. 15 - at Sheldon C.E. King, 56-20 Sept. 21 - Houston St. Thomas Catholic, 49-16 Sept. 29 - at Montgomery, 46-20* Oct. 5 - The Woodlands College Park, 51-3

Memorial the best defense I have seen this year, at any level.

The two games I saw West Brook play were against weak defenses (St. Thomas and College Park). So if Johnson has a good game against Memorial defense, well................ I may go over to The Woodlands Thursday to check out West Brook game.

I have seen him twice this year. Will be seeing Johnson this week. I'll come back to this thread this coming weekend with my thoughts.
