AggiesAreWe

I had heard this but didn't know how accurate the news was. Being this coming from you, it's definitely accurate. Thanks for the update.

Just took a look back during the time span you are speaking of. Jasper never played Houston Madison in non district or playoffs. (couldn't have never played Madison in playoffs since they were in different classifications)

Jasper hasn't played Houston Madison. At least not while Vince Young was there. Jasper did have a couple of battles with FB Willowridge that had Thurman Thomas. I attended those games.

This is what I always heard. Even talking with some coaches and admins it was not the Westend that was fighting total consolidation.

1998 was when all classifications sent 3 teams.

I prefer it when only 2 teams went. I was ok with 3 with the district champ receiving a bye. Never been fond of 4 going to playoffs but it is what it is. My main reason for not liking 4 is when 4 teams go out of a 4 or 5 team district. I think you should have at minimum 6 or more teams in a district if you are going to send 4. Or at least make the 4-5 team districts play each other twice for district play. Also, I think all district champs in all classifications should host 1st round games. A little incentive to win a district title.

I really like this coach.

The person who kept up with those has passed away. Chris Boem. That was his baby.

3rd toughest 4A DI district is 10-4A Toughest 4A DII district is 9-4A Our area 4A represented well on this show.

Then why did Vidor change the field to turf?

As solid as they come.

Coach Richardson is his role model. Tiger Basketball is Razorback Basketball under Richardson.

It's definitely a go. Video broadcasts will be allowed on Friday nights permanently. So long to audio only broadcasts. They will be obsolete in 3 years.

So does Crosby have a better NIL package?

I do like the colors better than this version.

Cool

Full Metal Jacket

Possibly but it's definitely an account that can't be taken serious. Some posts made from this account a few years ago pretty much squashed it's credibility.

My best guess would be dogs or coyotes roaming the neighborhood.

No. He is assistant football and baseball but will also be an AP at the high school. Bennett left Anahuac to pursue an administrative job.

Seymour is still the head baseball coach at Lumberton. Bennett is working at Lumberton ISD but not as head baseball coach.

I thought I had subscribed when I purchased the Texan Live yearly gig. I have not received a mag yet.

Yes, a new field house is being constructed.

Most of that construction is building a new middle school there.
