Please at least try to be accurate when talking about returning Varsity players. Dayton is most definitely not returning 2 of their top receivers. Jake would really be the only returning starter and I would be shocked if he had 15 catches last year and possibly 2 tds. Mcquirter was by far our best receiver and he will be on a track scholarship at UH this year for long jumping. I know your excited and should be but this team will have very little depth and even less experience. If Santee gets hurt Dayton will take a huge step back with their backup rb. Also neither one of the rb's returning were Daytons top rb's. Jalen was the first 1000 yd rusher since 2009 for Dayton his jr year and was by far our best back last year. He was also first team all district his jr year along with offensive lineman Terrence Manning. Four kids of that team last year received scholarships for athletics at the next level not to mention a starting left tackle that was first team all district his sophomore and jr years.

Looks like some really good programs in this tourney. Should be a ton of athletes all over the place.

Learned a long time ago don't look to much into one playoff game particularly in the NBA. Now having said that the Warriors looked way to long and athletic for the Cavs to keep up last night. Looking forward to game 2 and seeing if someone for Cleveland actually attempts to stop KD from going coast to coast and dunking without even contesting him. I also think Golden State took a page out of the Cavs playbook from last year and played extremely physical on defense and the Cavs didn't respond well to it.

Lol. Yeah. Lost 9 of our 11 starters on offense. Only returning a right tackle and our least athletic wide out. Like the wideout he is a great kid but at around 5"7 150 lbs with below average speed he just isn't going to make a lot happen after he catches the ball. Defense lost 7 starters one of which was their best lb and has consistently been one of the worse defenses in our district for a while now. On a good note for Dayton 4 kids will be playing college ball next year and another one got a track scholarship to UH.

I think Dayton has a shot at 5-5 but wouldn't be surprised at another sub 500 year. BH or Crosby probably win our district this year. Both teams return a lot of good talent.

All I can say is damn that was ugly.

Be a huge loss for Humble. Lost Terio Brown early last year and if this is true Humble will be losing one of the better players in the district again.

Crosby and BH will probably be the favorites to finish 1 and 2. They both return a ton of starters with excellent coaching. NC will be tough again with high enrollment and solid coaching. Humble returns a beast at QB and at least athletically will be at the top of the food chain. Question is will they live up to their potential or will they underachieve once again. Dayton will have to replace 9 of 11 starters on the offensive side and around 7 starters on defense. Im very confident about teams 1 and 2 and even NC. As for the rest I think it's a toss up. Would like to see a team from our district get past the 2nd round.

Dang I was really hoping this was BH year. Canyon is just on a different level again this year it seems. Congrats on a great year BH.

Damn they got a great coach. Wish Dayton could have got him last year. He always had Navasota playing great ball. Congrats on a great hire.

Ned should probably try and find a coach that hasn't coached in at least 5+ years. Preferably attends church with the super. What a minute never mind. Good luck Ned hope y'alls new coach is half as good as Neuman. The guy was a hell of a coach.

Going to see some nice returners at the QB position from last year. I think the kids from BH and NC will throw up some really nice numbers next year along with Howard from Crosby. Crazy thing is the kid from Humble was just a sophomore and is probably one of the better pure athletes at the QB position. His biggest problem I saw was accuracy but he has a ton of potential.

I'm telling you after watching them last week their crazy good. Athletes coaching and facilities are a good combination. Not to mention great academics. Woodlands playing hard though and not conceding anything. I thought Atascosita kind of laid down last week.

Hey man y'all beat an undefeated Allen team last week and have had a great year regardless of the outcome of this game.

27-0 LT. Woodlands got a tough call on a pass that was called incomplete but it wouldn't really matter. LT will be playing everyone on the team by the end of the 3rd.
