I already knew that. Dayton won district 10 times in Stews 16 years and never finished worse than 2nd. Since he left no district championships.

That Marshall team was beat by Manvel 59-3 or something like that. They had 4 blowout wins only 3 of which were worse than the beating they put on Crosby. Their blowout wins were against monsters like Houston Sterling, Galena Park and Alief Hastings. If you look at their record last year almost all their wins were by 10 or less.

Wish we still had the skinny curly headed band kid that would always get down to some Broncos are you ready. He was worth the price of admission.

I usually don't put a lot of stock in jv scores myself but the freshman I do. From the score it looked to be a pretty even matchup although I don't know about turnovers and penalties that could have caused this game to be that close. Either way Jasper's freshman seem to be very impressive.

Weather should be great and I'm really hoping the best for these young men.

Not sure if it will be shown on Texan Live but I will post updates. I'm hoping Dayton can get a win tomorrow night. This game is actually 1 of the 4 games I think Dayton has a chance on winning this year.

I'm not really worried about qb play. I'm more worried that Dayton hasn't been able to spell the word defense let alone play it since Stewart left. Once again last year Dayton was close to the bottom of our district defensively giving up a little over 32 pts a game. Hard to beat teams when you have to score over 30 to win every game.

This isn't the typical Friendswood team from the past with monsters everywhere and D1 players on both sides of the ball. If this was their teams from 2008-2010 it would be ugly. This isn't that team. Don't know what you consider a blowout but this game could be a lot closer than you think. Will see Friday though and one way or the other if BH comes out of this game healthy it's still a much more quality opponent than Sante Fe.

I have Crosby in this one. I think Jasper has a lot to gain from this game just for the shear fact that Crosby is a step up from Jasper's regular competition. Jasper will be playing the best that 21-5a has to offer but that's not really saying much. I hope both teams have a good injury free game.

The Woodlands I agree. Friendswood is not the same team they have had in the past and I think BH will move the ball. Guess we will see.
