I always value your opinions. Seem very realistic. Think both teams will score plenty of points. Funny how high school football is though. Last year Dayton lost to Splendora and was killed by BH then took Crosby to OT. Should be a great game

My niece cheers for Crosby jr high. Her dad has seen both games and was less than impressed. To answer your question though none.

Crosby has a couple kids faster than anyone on Friendswood. I don't think that's going to matter Friday night though. Crosby should score some points but barring a ton of turnovers or penalties BH will score at will. Crosbys defense is not very good at all and as far as team defense they will be no where near as good as Friendswood. I told people on here this wasn't the Friendswood team of old but I would definitely not call them scrubs. This is a huge game early on so anything can happen but I'm saying BH by 14. Anyway good luck to both teams and main thing is stay away from injuries.

I agree with you. Only difference is I believe winning a couple rounds in the playoffs is more than in their reach this year. I consider getting to the 3rd round a nice playoff run. I think in the next 2 or 3 years they will be looking at State Championship runs.

Kinda funny. All I heard was BH was going to need athletes moving in before ole TW could be competitive. Well all I see is a bunch of BH kids been there forever throwing up huge numbers. Dang near 200 yds receiving in 1 game is crazy and Cameron seems to be just getting better. Congrats again.

Tackling can be taught. There's a reason Stewart always had a great defense. I thought the 2 kids you named played hard but it's going to take a lot more than them to even win a couple games. I'm not going to keep beating a dead horse I just don't know where you start after what I saw last night. Tackling was terrible. Blocking was terrible. Had to many turnovers and special teams aka kicking was terrible. Oh well onto Splendora. They have a nice rb who gashed Dayton for 350+ yds last year. If Dayton can stop him they might get a W.

Make no mistake about it the defense played better than the offense. The offense was basically non existent until Ned put in subs Dayton probably had around 60 yds offense the second half. But when your defense gives up over 300 yds on the ground and that's the bright spot I would say it doesn't look good.

Thanks for the stats sir. Take away Santees 60+ yds Dayton got at the end of the game against Ned's backups and probably would of had around 20 yds rushing. I thought Ned's coach did a great job the second half going completely away from the pass. If he would have done that the first half I think Ned could have had 400 yds on the ground. Any way congrats and thanks again for the stats.

I actually love watching a lot of the lower classifications play. Seen some hellacious small school football teams. Side note. Kinda funny how Cold Spring was a powerhouse for years. Then they run off a great coach and now Shepard whooping that arse. Give me a program and coaching regardless of enrollment any day.

I thought Orebo played descent. Kids play hard just not quit the talent overall they have had the last few years but that's where coaching comes in.

Like Swiss cheese. Ned literally didn't even have to throw the ball the entire second half. Can't tackle kids out of position can't block I really don't know where to start. Heck even special teams is horrible. We have no kicker.

I actually told a certain BH poster this would be a game. Had no idea BH would blow them out. Great win.
