Uhhhhhh. This could very well be Splendora's only shot at a district win. Humbles qb if he plays can kind off make up the difference on Humbles many faults. Since he was on crutches last week I'm assuming he will not play which is why I even give Splendora a chance.

Same kid. He is a 3 star player and at least for high school has good size and speed. Maybe I just thought he was very mobile because he popped a 75 yd td on Dayton. Lol. He did rush for almost 1100 yds last year.

You do realize Friendswood is 2-1 with their only loss coming to BH. BH played well up until they where killed by injuries. Any way back to Dayton vs NC. Dayton has played Splendora and Humble 2 teams that will finish in the bottom 3 (particularly if Humbles QB doesn't get well) so tonight should be a much better judge of where this team is. NC qb is an Air Force commit I believe and is very mobile with a good arm. I definitely think NC will put up points just have to see if Dayton can match them. Nice stadium and should be good weather.

Actually Splendora was horribly undisciplined when they played Dayton. Penalties late hits sloppy play so it's not just a word reserved for predominantly black schools. To me WOS is extremely well disciplined on the football field and it shows with their success. To me the word just speaks to the play and coaching not the ethnicity of the team.

Well was very excited to see this game as I think it will be a good indicator of where the Broncos are. Super nice stadium to watch a high school football game..

I agree. This will be a big step up in competition from the last 2 weeks. I had Humble Splendora and Caney Creek penciled in before the season started. Porter and KP might be better than I expected so the next 5 games will be tough.

Finally got the stats. Humble had 12 penalties Dayton had 11. Say at least 8 more were declined. Thing that doesn't show up is both teams had some huge plays called back. A 5 yd penalty could have cost you a 40 yd gain. Rushing yards were about even Dayton did have 159 yds passing Humble 104.

Humbles qb went out on crutches. Was hurt on their first offensive play from scrimmage. If he doesn't come back the only team Humble will beat is Splendora. Humble will literally leave receivers completely unguarded and is absolutely horrible fundamentally. They have no clue what their assignments are and if you have any kind of hurry up offense they will always be out of position or just simply have 12 men on the field. If Dayton didn't play down to their level they could have won by 40+. Never seen so many penalties in a game.

Wish I could get stats for this game. Might have broke a record for the most penalties at a game I have seen. Humbles qb is legit. Hate he went down but definitely different game without him. Dayton will need to clean things up before they play better teams.
