HJ JV and Varsity win... Tough road game....  Refs REALLY let things go....  It was consistent and called pretty even both ways though, so no gripes... but just a really physical game!  Good job Lady Hawks

Hill guy.... completely agree! 2 bad losses... if you call them that to Memorial and Dayton... without all our players..  2 losses to Ozen and Clear Springs....  I will take those games rather than 80-20 scores against inferior teams...

Girls are not playing.....Lots of reasons for this, but  you can only coach and play with what comes out to play.....  Coach Sanders is doing a heck of a job with what he has!

Heard from a Lamar trainer that there was a fight between the two teams in the hall after the game.... any truth to this

HJ girls lost to 5A #4 Clear Springs by 38 i believe... It was a 6 or 8 point game at the half....  The girls battled pretty darn hard till they ran out of gas...

Some of you guys blow my mind.... 

Good Effort by the Lady Hawks... EC will be fine... they competed hard and will give their district some problems!

1. Ozen 2. BH 3. Central 4. Livingston - (lost a heck of a lot to graduation and a pretty good coach) Right now, every one else is pretty far behind these 4... Anything can happen on a given night though!

HJ JV won by 8..... HJ Varisty wins... I believe the final was 41-38....  Nacogdoches has a post player that was pretty darn good...  Tough game (illnesses and foul trouble) , and great road win for the Lady Hawks
