What a game.  Memorial forgot to get on the bus.  Overwhelming lack of preparation and heart.  Coaches game plan…was.. Non-existent..not even sure what it was.  They couldn’t get anything going on offense.. They didn’t want that game man.  They went in there unprepared.  That’s on the coaches.  Big time.  The players..lacked the will to wanna win…lacked concentration.  They were not focused out there.  The defense..wow.  They made y’all look bad out there.  What happened?  Y’all have to be better than that. It’s only one week.  But the way of defeat…is inexcusable.  It’s all done now though.  Turn the page and on to next week.  The team as a whole needs to really get it together..quick.

Credit to the Hill.  They went out there and took care of business.  They hit PA with a left then a right…and just kept swinging..lol. Memorial couldn’t do anything about it.  Great job to you guys.

Agree! PAM was not prepared. They did not play as well as expected and those were the results! If they want a deep run in the playoffs, the need to be extremely prepared and play better than expected. The penalties and turnovers are the reason games are lost. No excuses period.

Not with the numbers they turned in. But they should be 5a. No way they only gained 20 kids in the last two years. Lumberton is growing like CRAZY

It's likely because families are having less kids and likely empty nesters are moving over there. That is my prediction.

  3. I know that high school football is a way of life in Texas but however, I don't understand. Do they need a new stadium when they already have a big one? Prosper used to play their games at some middle school which used to be their high school (which probably middle school/junior high and Sub-varsity games are played there now as well as soccer). Could that money better used toward something else like spending on teachers and students?

  4. Also, here is something interesting. I believe that Nederland residents are better educated. The percentage of the residents having a bachelor's degree are more than Port Neches and Groves. Does anyone agree with that? Although it mainly does not matter because many residents work in the petrochemical industry which may not require such degree. Here is the link and do your research:
