I Voted Today

I feel so much better. I performed my constitutional right and duty. Anyone who would take that away from me and alter my vote should be shot in the head. Along with all of our other rights as Americans, this one should stand heads above the rest. This is what being an American is about. People who would vote for communism/socialism are not Americans. I have kinfolk and know others who have died fighting communism. Can’t see letting them have a voice or be elected to govern us. All of those people will have died in vain if that happens.
Please vote your conscience.

When I voted Monday, I accidently picked up two "I Voted" stickers. When I got back to work, I put both of them on and jokingly said I voted twice. A little later, one of my co-workers came up to me, and in a very hushed voice, leaned in and said "I don't think it's right for someone to vote twice". I had to tell her that it was a joke. She didn't say anything, but it was clear she was embarrassed.
