LOL My son & daughter-in-law are both in their late 30's. They are both Veterans. Our DIL is a naturalized Costa Rican American, and proud to be American. They have given us 3 beautiful grandchildren (twin granddaughters, and a grandson). Our grandson was born in Japan. We're very proud of them. We have a unique view of immigration because of our family. I don't remember what my son did when he was 17. Sometimes, I don't remember what I did yesterday. I usually lock my vehicles with my FOB at least 4 times for good measure because I can't remember if I did it yet or not. If people think it's my alarm, I blame it on stray cats.

lol, same here. He was 17 last year when he got a ticket for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. I made him pay for the ticket and the defensive driving course. I think the torture of taking the defensive driving about killed him. Lol You correct though, life is a culmination of decisions.

I did the same to my Son. At some point you have to trust that he listened to you. His criminal career has been one ticket for texting while driving - when he was actually looking at his maps app to get to his hunting location. He was 18, had a shotgun in the backseat of his truck and was scared to death😂 we had it dropped
