Deport all illegals. Report anyone suspected of being an illegal in your neighborhood or job to 1-866-DHS-2-ICE (1-866-347-2423), the official 24/7 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Tip Line - it is now active.

This particular Device will automatically start recording when it hears gun shots and will continue to record until the officer turns it off. I have slammed my car door on many occasions causing the device to start recording without my knowledge. I am constantly reminded that the device is there to protect both me and the citizen. It has kept many officers out of trouble. Training is what keeps us all safe when it is done according to policy. Some things I can’t share. However, I can tell you that some individuals with Ice identification are in fact from different DOJ agencies on temporary assignment.

I’m looking forward to the new market in Silsbee. I wonder how long it’ll be before ICE shows up? Just because you’re a citizen doesn’t mean they won’t haul you in. Maybe even deport you. Oughtta be real good for business, all this fear and violence directed towards people who don’t look white enough. And white people who don’t like to see others treated like animals. Shoot first. Ask questions later, if you feel like it.

The axon body cam if that is the device that was used will pick up what was said whether a lawful command was given or if any command was given. The incident report has to match the body cam. That is why it is important to see what was actually said and who did what.

I think this has been a very good discussion about the law. We’ve tried to apply what we know of case law to the current information we have on the tragedy that I think NONE OF US wish had happened. Nothing wrong with a little speculation/scenarios/debate based on news reporting. Otherwise, we’d all just sit around—without a care in the world—and wait for someone to tell us what was right or wrong without ever engaging our own brains. That’s not me. I LIKE using my brain, and trying to understand. Whether I agree or not really isn’t the issue. To me, this discussion has more information that’s relevant in the last 2 or 3 pages than probably 95%+ of the public will ever get.
