March 8,2026 — WTI Crude Hits $110. THANKS TRUMP
baddog replied to HangPDFs's topic in Political Forum
I know the definition and stand by my accusations. I’m sure “New Deal” followers were labeled as such. Problem for dems is that they have no clear cut “leader”, no policy, are against everything, yet throw stones at those who do. Trump saved our country from Democrat ruination. For that, I am forever thankful. -

The definition is correct, the rest is your opinion. If you don't know the objective of this war, you have not been paying attention. There is a clear objective. It appears we are going to meet that objective.....Trump just did what Obama and others could not do. -

Austin is a very good guy! He stayed in touch with us all season and made sure that he would be there when the record was broken so he could support and take pictures with Jaden. It's an extreme honor to have my son's name mentioned alongside Austin Farias. We are forever grateful for him being the class act that he is! He said he would even see us in San Antonio! -

[Hidden Content] Trump effect.

And? I have no issues with them. You stated, “For the poll watchers out there...some interesting numbers.”
-
The highlighted and bolded was that way because it was the title of the article. I thought it was almost hilarious, and showed the ridiculousness of polls if one actually read—and comprehended—the data. Of course, what was the first thing you responded with? A poll. 🤣

Not at all. I just reflected back to what you have said and explained about your views on polls that's all. Maybe you felt the need to remind us all being that it favored Trump. You made it a point to highlight Democrats viewed less favorably than GOP and ICE — and only Iran does worse: poll
-
Because it shows that even supposedly reputable polls are wacky. Plus, I wanted to post it. Is that a problem?
-
Just curious to why you posted that when I already know your stance.
-
If you read the poll I posted above, you’ll see why I don’t. Supposedly, Dems are looked at worse than everyone except Iran. But—it goes on to say—people still want them to take control of Congress. So, people are purposely voting for someone they say they approve of the least? A great example of why polls are useless. Or, people are just dumb.

Everyone competes to win championships and the best team at the end of the season is declared the "champion". That means that if you want to declare someone to be the best coach you would start with championships and then go to "wins". SS can be declared the greatest high school coach of all-time without qualification. However, that does not mean that he has not been in "the right place at the right time" and also been the beneficiary of outside factors such as the fact that there are many more championships available on a yearly basis than what was available before all of the division splits. There are many GREAT coaches in schools that never have the talent level that SS walked into in Carthage and deal with community dynamics that hinder maximum optimization of the talent available. Those coaches may appear mediocre to those not "in the know". It was mentioned previously that a good coach "gets the most out of what he has available" and this is a likely good way to view caliber of coaching. However, the only folks who know what the "most out of what is available" is typically the coaches on the staff. Those who do not spend the hours with the kids when they are out of their comfort zones can only speculate as to what they believe to be "real".

Really excited about the tournament this year. Have legitimate interest in just about every game for one reason or another (beyond it being a state championship). 3 local teams, plus San Augustine who we’ve covered at times, some small school juggernauts and some 4A squads capable of beating the typical Dallas teams.

Oh, I understand the cleaning up part. I am never part of any personal attacks. Like I said, I go by the rules. I just had a little problem with the @ situation. Don’t think it was hurting anybody. But that’s my thought.
-
Nothing personal on my end. Doing what is expected of me for the betterment of the site. That's my job here. This particular forum needs cleaning up and it will require some strong arm policing to do it. I imagine some folks won't like it and get their feelings hurt. Nothing personal.
-
You see, we can have a civil conversation!
-
Let’s not let it come into play by keeping personal feelings out of it!
-
Might be surprised. Not sure where the harassment comes into play. Admins/mods are doing what is expected of them.
-
Trust me, harassment by a moderator is NOT something he wants to deal with.
-
That's your right. The owner is well aware of what's going on in the forum. He is on board with cleaning it up. BTW, the owner posted those rules and the part I posted. Someone that has been banned before should know this, smitty.
-
Ok, this sounds like taking care of anyone who breaks any rules. What you have here if a moderator don’t like something personally but no rules are broken then they can arbitrarily tell someone they can’t do something. Again no rules were broken. The problem is what else may come up in the future when one moderator gets his feelings hurt and says “you can’t do that!” Again no rules are broken just a moderator getting their feelings hurt. You know it could happen. Nothing that went on was inappropriate. I will argue the point because I don’t break the rules. But I will say this — if anyone feels they are being harassed or singled out by any moderator then take it straight to the owner of the site!
