  2. Question. What score is the more accurate score when making the assessment of the two teams last year? The 55-51 score or the 72-55 score? BTW, Silsbee has lost 16 games this year which is the most losses in a season in over 25 years. So not making excuses for the fans, but it will take some getting used to with how down the Tigers are this season. At least in the perspective of how Silsbee has been over the last 20 years. Tiger fans are pretty spoiled from that 20 year run. Any fan base would be. I did notice that Bridge City didn't bring many fans themselves. Just sayin. BTW, I picked BC to win this game by 12. Pretty close pick.
  3. Only if you don't report income/payroll. You could also be held liable for their activity--if criminal. That's why I said the Labor Dept. needs to find a way to make them be considered 'employees' of some fashion where liability could be in play.
  4. This is a big one. Per Matt Stepp: BREAKING Celina ISD has announced the retirement of AD/HFC Bill Elliott Elliott has been on leave since Oct 25 at the recommendation of a third party investigator Celina is OPEN #txhsfb @dctf
  5. Is it a crime to pay a person to protest?
  6. I know I'm late to this comment, but a good friend of mine played on that 81 BC team. That year, they lost 2 games by a total of 3 points to Hebert. At that time, only the District Champion went to the Playoffs. So BC missed out. Hebert then went on to annihilate everyone by 20+ in the playoffs to win State. Per my friend BC was ranked #2 in State in the last poll of the year, and didn't make the Playoffs. Interesting fact- Al Barber from Deweyville, was there Coach that year. He went on to take the Lamar Lady Cardinals to the Sweet 16 10 years or so later.

  8. Kountze won. I’m looking for the final.
  9. BC 71-45 Silsbee BC never trailed in this one again. The #7 BC Lady Cardinal Hoops continued their district dominance tonight versus the Silsbee Lady Tigers to control sole possession of 1st place. BC finishing strong with 22 of 41 on 2FG, while forcing a total of 26 TOs. Mia Sterling (21 Points) Rylee Hebert (12 points), Kenlee Putnam (10 points), Aubrey Small (10 points), Kaylee Britten (7 points), Brooklyn Mahana (6 points), Steely Franklin (3 points), and Kendal Krailo (2 points). Next up for BC Lady Cards is a game at Jasper on Friday.
  10. Bridge City only lost by 4 points to Silsbee last year with all of their “super stars!” What was the excuse then? It’s sad that when Silsbee is on top, the fans are die hard but let them lose one game and look, they get kicked to the curb. What a shame! Half of the stands got up and left in the middle of the 4th quarter because BC controlled that game until the end. How embarrassing for those boys. Silsbee isn’t a bad team, BC was just the better team, and 2 of the 4 quarters, weren’t their best.
  11. One protester caught saying. "I did my shift"! Find out who's paying them and prosecute!
  12. Just asking since 5/6 of their losses since football players got back were too 5a/6a teams.
  13. Nederland cant beat any of those schools
  14. PNG started the game on a 16-3 Run
  15. Anyone got a final for this one?
  16. Oh, I know. Just thought it was funny. Looked like Livingston got called for more most of the rest of the game
  17. Which is baffling because BH is headed to 6A next year. I assume their average daily attendance went up a few hundred from the last realignment
