As much as I’d like WOS to beat Carthage this month I’d rather beat them in December if they both get that far. it’s really really tough to beat an elite team twice in the same season.

Gonna be a good game regardless. Vidor been without 2 offensive linemen during non district. Think next week our line should be healthy for the first time all year. Against LCM for sure should be 100% barring any mishaps next week. got 2 weeks to go until district starts tho. Get the best game first week, hard to complain about that!

I could agree. Vidor is due. Slot t always gives lcm fits. But lcm run defense is what could be argued possibly their biggest strength so far.

Got HF beating stafford by 17. Think HF is gonna roll until they hit WoS… then roll again until they hit them in the play offs

I could care less if DC has the info wrong. But when it gets posted here, it's our duty as admins/mods to make sure the info posted here is factual. Great game Dogs. The refs didn’t throw a flag till 3rd quarter. Bringing in a receiver to play quarterback was tuff but he stuck with it. Great job. #8 is fast and needs to be utilized more. Defense looked great in spurts except the secondary. They need to get better and play smarter. Hey we got a win. No better feeling on a Saturday morning.

Bc already had the shirts printing at beginning of season. So their fall off is quite impressive...... Its wide open. So far HF is only measuring stick i know of on lcm vs vidor. And lcm takes that one. But lcm and vidor which early seems to be the best 2..... Vidor is always a battle. Probably the closest district team we have to .500 all time.

Am I correct in that WOS kicker is perfect on year. In years past that was always a problem.

Ball has a pretty good secondary, run defense has been questionable but overall a pretty good defense. Offense is glueing together, we have a QB that can make plays and a sophomore RB that is scary and WRs that has speed. I will say this isn’t the same Ball team from last year.

Depends how quick they can continue to put things together. They're coming along. D is still a major work in progress. But, you can see improvement in coverage. They're just missing plays by a little. Tackling is improving. It's like everything is just a step off, and timing is just riiiiiggggghhhht there still. But, it's getting there.

We'll see how good La Porte is next week versus GCM.

I used to be on the email list for the local districts statistician (Maurey Salinger) but he no longer does it. Not sure who handles the districts now. Maurey always included me with the local districts. Maurey did about 8 local districts stats.

Man i hate that for them. Sometimes a change is needed to bring the fire back. Huffman should have no issues hiring quality coaches with their location i imagine.
