  1. Past hour
  2. Glad you acknowledge that Republican’s number one priority is fixing democrat’s failures. It’s a full time job and impossible to keep up with.
  3. How? The Administration has no input on services provided that go above those guaranteed under standard Medicare. All the extra bells and whistles most of these plans provide are based on their profit margins.
  4. I’ve heard he’s not being coached but being “babied” since he’s “taking over” the program in a few weeks. So time will tell for the kid. Hopefully coaches are guiding him and developing him, kid could be a real problem for teams!
  5. Which makes it more the reason Trump can make an impact .
  6. It's still Trumps fault😄
  7. I agree it is worth reposting because I am correct - but this is where it turned
  8. Medicare Advantage plans are privately run.
  9. My guess is Boyz does not contribute to a 401K - and admittingly he claims he does not have health insurance....So unless he is a millionaire, he is one tragic accident from bankruptcy if he ever needs extensive medical care....if he chooses not to pay, it will just be a write off for the hospital, and prices will continue to rise.
  10. I know you have a different circumstance than most. I have ever been without insurance for me or my child as I can't afford not to have it. I am blessed that I have an employer who pays for almost 75% of the cost per month, but at the same time, when I have applied for jobs, benefits are always negotiated before I accept.
  11. So nobody has a final score for this one? @BMTSoulja1 @united we stand @ace2335
  12. I gave it 2 days in the news cycle. Generous.
  13. You mentioned insurance.
  14. I think there’s quite a few people in that boat. It’s a mess.
  15. Because the topic and the outrage has already died......
  16. The Trump Administration will not cut Social Security, Medicare, or Medicaid benefits. President Trump himself has said it (over and over and over again).
  17. LOL A .09 increase - if you cared about seniors on a fixed income, you would have been constantly complaining about inflation when it hit 9% under Biden. That effected the elderly more than this would. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or CMS updates each year its Medicare Advantage or MA payment rates. At the end of January, it proposed for 2027 a mere 0.09% average increase, far below analysts’ expectations for a roughly 4% to 6% hike and below this year’s 5.06% increase. CMS is accepting public comments on its latest proposal through March 1, with the final rate to be announced by April 6, CMS said.
  18. Well, this thread has taken a huge turn.
  19. [Hidden Content] Trump’s decision is effecting the elderly who voted for him. [Hidden Content] Why not just fix it?
  20. Not the point I was making with my post, but yes, I liked Bush, even though he said nucular instead of nuclear. Lol
  21. 22. Bush Jr. was the last POTUS I felt good about my vote. I didn’t agree with the war, as history has shown there’s no winner in a religious war. But, he was the last elected POTUS I voted for that I thought had some character. I voted for Romney (who wouldn’t have left us with the ACA, was very astute with financial matters, and also wasn’t the fool about Russia that Obama was), and Gary Johnson because of wanting to address the national debt and personal freedoms. I voted—but not for POTUS—the last elections. Couldn’t bring myself to pull the trigger for any candidate.
  23. ^^^^^^^ When a person is talking to me and says 20 words, with half of those words being the word “like”, they get tuned out pretty quickly.
  24. Ditto! This can all be revisited in November. Your love for MAGA is undeniable and nothing is wrong with that.
  25. Yes - DCT, Cardinalbacker and Boyz will always be negative of anything Trump does. I take them with a grain of salt, as they typically take the 20% issues and take the bait when Trump trolls them. The economy (along with the border and the fact Biden had no clue he was alive) was a huge reason Trump was elected. A week ago CNN reported that both Trump and Vance were more popular with the Republican party since the election. Trump has been in office a little over a year and keeps moving forward ignoring the Democratic mumbling's....
