  1. Past hour
  2. Would have been nice if that rule had been in place in 2018. Maybe the idiots in Houston wouldn’t have been able to force Lina Hidalgo on the rest of us in Harris County. She’d only been naturalized from Columbia for 5 years, not even 30, and they elect her to lead the 3rd most populous county in America. What a clusterf***k.
  3. I don’t believe that any naturalized citizen should hold “ANY” public office…..anywhere.
  4. But, but Biden. You’re always going to get that. Deal with it. Grow up and realize that whatever mess we are in didn’t start in January. Democrats….always drawing lines.
  5. Because we look at history as teachers!
  6. Astros going for the sweep of the Phillies right now with Brown on the mound. Starts off the game with a K.
  7. Concerning this commie mayor wannabe:
  8. Today
  9. I like our chances to finish top 2 in district possibly challenging Newton for the DC and probably getting a rematch against Newton in the Region 3 championship. I think whoever wins region 3 has a good chance to win it all but I got Newton as the favorite in region 3 right now
  10. What’s your early season prediction for the Eagles ?
  11. Democrats don’t like having their ability to kill babies for convenience messed with,
  12. You know he has AOC backing. Communists already rule NY. It’s the muslim part they need to worry about. Democrats don’t care as long as they are getting a paycheck.
  13. Guess I did, let's check back in a few weeks.. one who gets credited for upwards trend also gets blame for downwards.... and plz no but but but Biden

  15. And what a contrast it is!
  16. Am I surprised which 3 voted against this? NO! From the article: "In a dissent joined by her liberal colleagues, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson said the ruling is “likely to result in tangible harm to real people.”" Is this really the question a Supreme Court Justice should be asking? Of course not! The right question: Is it Constitutional? But, again -- to ask these question were not why the three commies were put on the high court. But, with this last one, how can we expect her to know what the constitution says if she don't know what a woman is?!
  17. Why is this important? NY City just nominated a muslim communist as their Democratic nominee. Heck, though, this ought to make some on this site giddy as heck! LOL!! Anyway, the take over in Europe is almost complete. Again, these people DO NOT come to assimilate -- they come to take over! But, back to NY City, one positive is that only 22% of registered voters voted. So, by November, they need to get that up for ANY opposing candidate! [Hidden Content]

  19. Excellent!
  20. Woodville Eagles are heading into 2025 with a new HC after losing coach Rob who's been the most successful coach we've had. He's been replaced with coach Heath Clawson. Coach Clawson's head coaching career hasn't been super impressive but he's had a couple good years as an assistant at Aledo and I think he has some ideas that may work pretty well for Woodville. Clawson hired coach Clay Mayo as OC for 2025. Coach Mayo's resume doesn't look that great other than a year or 2 at Summer Creek but his son will be a good sized sophomore who might be able to help us out up front. Clawson also landed legendary coach Bill Hoppers as the 2025 DC for the Woodville Eagles. Hoppers has around 60 years coaching experience. Had a ton of winning seasons at A&M Consolidated and Navasota. Also has 6 state championship appearances and 3 rings. Would have loved to have him 10 or 15 years ago when he might have had more energy to put into it but we'll take him now as well. Woodville retained 2 or 3 assistants from last year's staff and hired a couple new young coaches I feel pretty good about as well. Woodville players and coaching staff are ready to roll for 2025. Go Eagles! 🦅
  21. Medicaid funding planned parenthood? Supreme Court says NO! [Hidden Content]
  22. I’m no expert, but we could have used the MOAB (daisy cutter) to hit the entrances and still do massive damage….like the caves where we thought Bin Laden may have been hiding. This would have set them back for years, but we used higher tech bombs that could burrow deep and then exploding. People who deny that these bombs were effective are simply wanting it to be so.
  23. You’re so right. One family is dealing with a dead son. I know that feeling all too well. The loss of a child has to be the most challenging thing to bear. It will never go away, but time helps heal. The other family is having to deal with their son murdering a young man. I understand wanting to defend his actions, but to blame the dead victim is beyond my comprehension. We all have to be held accountable for our own actions. If not, justice can never be served and none of us are safe.
  24. Mentioned in another thread how Mossad was great at what they do in their sphere of the world. But, the U.S. is global. When people say ‘they’ control the airspace over such and such, the U.S. controls the satellites. Not much goes on that we can’t see ahead of time anywhere/any time. That’s part of the reason the Chinese are reportedly trying to develop a ‘satellite killer.’ If you haven’t heard of it, do a search for <China/Russia developing satellite killer>. Trump created the Space Force for a reason. People laughed. But, it’s no joke. By the way, 7th gen aircraft are already in test phase. Rumors have it that AI is being integrated. Makes me think of the movie Stealth.
  25. That is a tough one for me. This is a tragedy on both sides. Two kids lost their life,. One parent has to deal with never being able to see their son again. The other has to deal with seeing their Son probably spend the rest of his life in jail, or a significant portion of it in jail. Then also deal with the self guilt (admitted or not) that they raised a murderer. I can't begin to imagine the pain in either case.
  26. I’m sure that when diesel prices begin to fall, the expenses that were passed on to the customer will fall also. That is, after all, the way we fight the higher prices and help all Americans.
  27. Gas Buddy has ours locally about right. I did see one Shell station that was 3.25 when I was out yesterday. But, it was the outlier. Most were 3.09-3.19. A lot depends on when they had to buy their last load.
