Not a Dem., but I don’t think she’s calling for the Guard yet. As I understand it, she’s allocating funds for cooperation. Sounds like the people requested help, so she’s complying. I really have no idea how the Guard situation would work on Tribal land. I assume the Tribal Governor would have to okay?

The three major influencers in Dem circles as far as $$$ are Soros, Bloomberg, and Holder's PAC. ...Which also brings up an interesting question.
