It’s important to note one thing… I think Trump’s ICE campaign has erased any gains made with Latinos across Texas in a single year. It’s shocking that the Ds had larger turnout than the Rs this primary season, despite the big fight on the R side over the senate seat. That hasn’t happened in 20+ years. People were sick of Trump and his antics by the end of 2020. I think that over four years they forgot how much they hated his childish behavior and horrible job performance, or maybe just hated Kamala for any number of legitimate reasons. So we got Trump 2.0. All signs are pointing to the Ds outperforming themselves this fall, and i think it overdue. It’s time for conservatives to take control of the Republican Party from MAGA. The days of “let’s figure out who the biggest POS is here, then elect him” are hopefully coming to an end. I hope so, anyways.
